Hi there!
My name’s Anouck and I have been living in this flat for the past 9 months. I’m going home/travelling this summer and this is why I am looking for someone to sublet my room to for that period of time.
The room is 16m2 with a large bed and a huge window where you can catch nice sunsets. In general the room is very cosy, with nice lights and the big blue round carpet!
There is everything you need nearby. Just go to Rathaus Stetgliz (10’ walk) for the UBahn and SBahn and to Schlossstrasse for everything else! There is great cafes 5 minutes away, the post office and a lot of supermarket (they just opened a large Lidl 10’ away by walk which is very convenient).
The flat is shared with 3 other lovely people: Karo, Rami & Pawel. Karo ane Rami are both students and have jobs on the side and Pawel started to work full time this year. They all speak english and german!
We all get along super well, sometimes cook together, but like to also keep the flat a safe space where each can relax and rest:) but always a good vibe here!
The room is on the 5th floor: we have the kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bathroom with the washing machine and 2 rooms on the 4th floor and stairs that lead to the 5th floor where you will find another bathroom (the one you would use) and the 2 rooms (yours and Karo’s). There is an entrance both on the 4th and 5th floor.
The wifi works very well so there is no problem with home office.
My room is well furnished and I would like to leave everything and just take out my personal things that would stay in some boxes stored. So you would be able to use everything: lamps, table, chair, fatboy, shoe storage, etc. I can also leave books and nice things like that:)
I would ask for a deposit that you would get back at the end just to make sure everything stays in good condition!
The rent is 550€ per month and we would arrange a sublet contract.
