ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin..
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, Backofen, Tisch zum Essen etc.). Im Bad sind Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Küche und Badezimmer sind gefliest, alle anderen Zimmer haben tollen Dielenboden und die Wände sind weiß.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 14m2 und kann teilmöbliert (Schrank, Schreibtisch) vermietet werden. Die Bilder sind beim Einzug entstanden, es hat sich aber nicht viel verändert. Im Haus gibt es außerdem einen Fahrradabstellraum.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, befindet sich in der Nähe vom U Breitenbachplatz (5min Fußweg, mit der U3 ist man auch super schnell im Zentrum) und liegt im Grünen. Die FU, Schlossstraße, Krumme Lanke/Schlachtensee, Ku'damm sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto in 10-15min zu erreichen.
Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und habe im Oktober mit mein Referendariat begonnen.
Ich mache super gerne und viel Sport und koche.
