Ich habe ab dem 01.03.2024 ein freies Zimmer in einer 2-WG mit Balkon, in Steglitz. Das Zimmer ist 20 m2 groß, hell und möbliert mit einem Bett, Nachttisch, Schrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch und Regal. Das Zimmer ist mindestens für 6 Monaten frei und eine Verlängerung des Mietvertrags wäre eventuell möglich. Die Warmmiete beträgt 470€, die Kaution 750€.
Im haus wohnen viele Familien, das heißt, es ist keine "Party-Wohnung".
Wenn du Interesse daran hast schreib mir einfach mit deinem Namen, Alter, sozialen Netzwerken (wenn möglich), und den Gründen, warum du da wohnen möchtest.

So, I have a free room to offer from the 1st of march in a 2-persons-apartment. It is in Steglitz and the place has a tiny but cute balcony. The room is 20 square meters, has a lot of light and is furnished with a bed, closet, bedside table, a desk, a sofa, and a shelf. I'm looking for someone to take the room at least for 6 months. Extension of the contract might be possible.
Rent is 470. The deposit is 750€.
A lot of families live at the building, so it's definitely not a party-flat.
If you're interested, send me an email with your name, age, socialnetworks (if available), and the reasons why you would like to live at the flat.
Gute Anbindung zur FU (ca.15 min). Man braucht 5 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur UBahn Rathaus Steglitz (U9), und 4 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 12 Minuten zu Fuß zur SBahn Südende (S25/S26). Direkt um die Ecke sind ein Edeka und ein Penny.

Connections are very good to the Freie Universität (approximately 15 min). 5 minutes with the bus/20 minutes walk to UBahn Rathaus Steglitz (U9), and 4 minutes with the bus/12 minutes walk to SBahn Südende (S25/S26). A couple of supermarkets are right around the corner (Edeka and Penny).
