Das Zimmer liegt in extraruhiger Hinterhofausrichtung am Ende der WG, sodass Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Gleichzeitig ist das Zimmer aber auch nicht vom WG-Leben abgeschnitten, welches im großen Wohnzimmer und in der Küche stattfindet. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß und mehrheitlich unmöbiliert. Es handelt sich um ein typisches Altbauzimmer mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern.
The room is extra-quiet, because its located in the direction of the backyard and its also at the end of the WG, so privacy is given. At the same time, the room is not cut off from the WG life, which takes place in the large living room and kitchen. The room is about 15sqm and mostly unfurnished. It is a typical Altbau-room with high ceilings and large windows.
Die Wohnung ist nur 3 Min. vom S-U Rathaus Steglitz entfernt, von wo aus die Ringbahn in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden kann. Auch alle anderen zentralen Bezirke sind gut angebunden (Vergleichwert: Brandenburger Tor 17 Minuten). In der Albrechtstraße und rings herum ist alles vorhanden was mensch so zum Leben braucht: Bars, Geschäfte, schnieke Südberliner Altbauten, ein Stadtpark - auch wenn die Pandemie natürlich einiges stillgelegt hat.
The apartment is only 3 min from the S-U Rathaus Steglitz, from where the Ringbahn can be reached in a few minutes. All other central districts are also well connected (as a comparison: Brandenburg Gate 17 minutes). In the Albrechtstraße and around everything you need for life is available: Bars, stores, snazzy South Berlin-Altbauten, a city park - even if the pandemic has of course shut down some things.
Die WG ist wirklich super gechillt. Hier leben derzeit Clémence, Valentin und Simon und sie alle sind hauptsächlich mit Studieren beschäftigt: Kunst, Ingenieurswesen und Psychologie - alles ist dabei. Wir kochen, reden, trinken und unternehmen Dinge zusammen - eben keine Zweck Wg. Der Haken: Die WG wird Ende Januar aufgelöst, da der Mietvertrag befristet und eine wert- und profitsteigernde Sanierung angestrebt wird. Deshalb ist das Zimmer auf bis kurz vor Ende Januar befristet: Es handelt sich also eher um einen Platz zum suchen, als um eine längerfristige Sache. Dennoch ideal für einen Berlin-Kurzaufenthalt oder um in der Stadt anzukommen.
The WG is super chilled out. Clémence, Valentin and Simon currently live here and they are all mainly busy studying: Art, engineering, psychology - it's all there. We cook, talk, drink and do things together - just not a Zweck-WG. The catch: the WG will be dissolved at the end of January, because the lease is limited and a profit-increasing modernization is sought. Therefore, the room is limited to until shortly before the end of January: So it's more of a place to look for apartments than a long-term thing. Nevertheless, ideal for a short stay in Berlin or to arrive in the city.
Wir brauchen keine Kaution oder ähnliches. Es gibt in der WG zwei verfügbare Zimmer, die sich einander sehr ähneln, und die beide frei sind / werden. Da niemand Lust hat, doppelte Miete zu bezahlen, ist auch sehr kurzfristiger Einzug möglich. Schreibt uns am Besten direkt auf WhatsApp, aber natürlich geht auch WG-gesucht / Email klar.
Kurzzusammenfassung: Super gechillte WG mit entspannten Menschen, super Zimmer und große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung - aber leider auf einen Monat befristet. Es werden zwei Zimmer frei, die jeweils gleich viel kosten.
We do not need a deposit or anything like that. There are two available rooms in the WG, which are very similar to each other, and both are / will be free. Since no one wants to pay double rent, it is also possible to move in at very short notice. Write us directly on WhatsApp, but of course also WG-gesucht or email is ok.
Short summary: Super chilled WG with relaxed people, super rooms and large, well-equipped apartment - but unfortunately limited to one month. There are two rooms free, each costing the same.
