The room is definitely extremely spacious and washed with bright light.
The room also has a beautiful Stuck (Ceiling art), parket floor and big Altbau windows,
with a nice view towards the street and its lovely big trees.
As for the furniture you can find a sofa that opens into a comfortable bed, a big IKEA style cabbinet to store all your belongings, and a little console table (all of which can be rearranged and replaced, but enough to feel quite comfy to start with I hope :D)
Next to the room you can find a huge living room with an old though well-tuned piano and an exit to a cozy balcony with a little lemon tree and olive tree, where one can relax after a long day.
The home is fully equipped, so you will find everything you need and more :)
(from every kitchen utencil to dish washer and washing machine).
Also, in the house we have very lovely neighbours, and we plan on making the backyard into a nice gathering place together.
One of the best things about the area is that its the right combination between everything good about Berlin and everything good about the outskirts.
With 1 min walking distance to the bus-station and about 10 to the S-Bahn Südende, The place is located 20 mins from the center and simultanously in a very green and quiet area, with sweet parks around, a canal and the extremely lovely Stadt park for sport activities and leisure.
The house is also very close by to a few supermarkets, a little Späti, a couple of restaurants, bakeries / Cafe. Its also very close to the infamous Schloßstraße where one can find... well... basically everything :D
Oh, and my personal favourite is that its very close to both the Botanical gardens and the Planetarium.
What can I say, I suppose the best thing about the place is the awesome roomies ;)
Just kidding, but also, I´m actually pretty fun and an easy going person :D
I would like to generally have a home that really is a homey and cozy space for people who lead a positive lifestyle, know how to communicate in a healthy way and enjoy good music and good food.
So all in all, looking forward to get to know you!
The ad is written as midterm to longterm since I am looking for a person who would like to move in and enjoy the place with me for atleast the minimum of 6 months, and in the case that we get super great along then for hopefully longer :)
As the situation keeps changing in the last period anyway, I find that it´s rather realistic to talk personally about our plans and stay communicative.
