The rooms are very bright and fully furnished. This also applies to the kitchen (including oven, ceramic hob, microwave) and the bathroom with shower and Siemens washing machine. The apartment has recently been extensively renovated.
Location
The apartment is in an excellent location. In 250m you can reach the U6 (subway stop "Scharnweberstraße"), with which you can reach in about 15min. reached the center of Berlin (S + U Friedrichstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, post office - everything is within walking distance in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The Tegeler See and the Tegeler Forst as highlights of the local recreation in Berlin are only a few kilometers away. (The Tegel Airport, which has now been closed, does not emit any more aircraft noise).
Flat share type
The apartment has three rooms that are regularly rented to students, interns, interns or trainees. The tenants keep the common areas of the apartment (including kitchen and bathroom) clean together, which always works well with mutual agreements. Vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, ironing board, iron and clothes horse are available to the tenants of the apartment. The hall and stairwell are cleaned weekly by the property management.
Miscellaneous
To make your stay in Berlin as easy as possible for you, we will provide you with a bicycle free of charge during the rental period, as well as bed linen and towels (one-off 50 euros). The total rent of 550 euros also includes the costs for heating, water, electricity, GEZ and internet. An administration fee of 50 euros is charged once per stay.
The apartment is ideal for tenants who are temporarily staying in Berlin due to an internship, legal traineeship, internship or a similar work assignment and who do not want to worry about (almost) anything after their arrival.
Registration with the City of Berlin is of course possible.
