Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18m2 unmöbliert und ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Dazu kommt noch ein Garderobenzimmer (ca 3m2), die du alleine nutzen wirst. Du hast viel Platz, um alles so einzurichten, wie Du es möchtest : )
Es handelt sich um eine 4-Zimmer Wohnung, wobei ein riesiges Zimmer (ca. 30 m2) als Wohnzimmer benutzt wird. Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet.
Die Miete besteht aus 500 Euro + Strom, Internet, GEZ. Der Mietvertrag wird erstmal für ein Jahr ausgestellt, wird aber gegebenenfalls verlängert. Jeder Mieterbewohner hat einen separaten Vertrag mit dem Vermieter.

The room is about 18m2 unfurnished and faces the courtyard. There is also a wardrobe room (approx. 3m2), which you will use alone. You have plenty of space to arrange everything the way you want : )
It is a 4-room flat, with one huge room (approx. 30 m2) used as a living room. Kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped.
The rent is 500 Euro + electricity, internet, GEZ. The tenancy agreement is initially for one year, but might be extended. Each tenant has a separate contract with the landlord.
Die WG befindet sich in der Nähe vom Walter-Schreiber Platz und ist perfekt an U- und S-Bahn angebunden. Die U9 ist 4 Minuten entfernt und S1 erreicht man in 8 Minuten. Unterschiedliche Busse fahren fast vor der Tür.
Die Schlosstrasse ist ebenso sehr nahe und da kannst du alles, was du willst finden.
Grunewald ist auch in der Nähe.

Wir möchten eine ruhige, freundliche und verantwortungsbewusste Person finden. Ruhe ist tatsächlich uns wichtig.
Da wir zusammen für die Wohnung viel gekauft haben (Möbel im Wohnzimmer, Küchenutensilien usw), hätte ich gerne für meinen Teil einen Abschlag von 200 Euro.
Wir werden in der nächsten Woche einen ersten gemeinsamen Videoanruf organisieren, um die Wohnung (und uns auch) ausführlicher vorzustellen, würden aber später gerne die ausgewählten Personen persönlich kennenlernen.
