Ich vermiete ab 01.08.2022 dieses große helles WG Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung in 12163 Berlin.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen dem Walter-Schreiber-Platz und dem Breitenbachplatz, sodass die Anbindung mit der U3 und der U9 perfekt ist. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Shoppingmalls, Frisöre etc. liegen allesamt in sehr nahem Umfeld (5-10min zu Fuß).
Die Wohnung bzw das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich wie auf den Bildern vollmöbliert vermietet. Durch die Raumaufteilung mit dem separaten Waschraum/Vorratsraum und einer großen Küche ist die Wohnung super WG tauglich. Wenn einzelne Möbel nicht genutzt werden möchten, gibts zum Verstauen einen Keller :)
Die Mietdauer beträgt vorerst 1 Jahr, kann aber auch wenn alles klappt, verlängert werden ☺️
