a supermarket 2 walking minutes away, apotheke etrwas, as well as a toto lotto shop cum poststelle, baker, a beverage market is close, apotheke, wheel-laden

around the corner: parks with ancient trees, the teltower canal (radle, walk, joggen) and also the botanical garden is not far, as well as the grunewald and various lakes

the "shopping mile" schlossstrasse with ALLEM - also MALLS, media market etc - is reachable in minutes by bus --- I often go to fuss -- also a small cinema: ADRIA - and three times per week market

the bus stop is oblique opposite (the 186), is in minutes at the rathaus steglitz

at RATHAUS STEGLITZ: u9 and s1

the u9 to charlottenburg - wilmersdorf // ku`-damm
the s1 to MITTE (also connected to the RINGBAHN) - to the other side to the lake and the lake

many bus lines from the Rathaus steglitz and at least one of them goes via potsdamer square to the main railway station

the X83 to the GRUNEWALD via dahlem village, there all around the FU campus ( u3 )

in my opinion the southwest is simply unbeatable - and there we are just;-) and a lot of nature around us

it is more important than ever in nature to charge the reserves, thus strengthening the immune system. FAST everyone who is sometimes too hospitable to me is under enormous stress and above all power pressure. the competition is great, we all know

airbnb then became commercial, greedy and also extremely dictatorial to us, of which you get nothing with ;-)

about the years I had countless 5 star reviews

moved - even within the same part of the city - maybe 1 kilometers further

it was still as before - my facility just like here, clearly recognizable - and airbnb did NOT allow me to take my reviews, which does not correspond to any logic and was simply unacceptable to me

one has principles - then gave them the pass

wg-wanted lives of advertising - let's hope it stays like this - don't talk us in - much better

herzliches und harmonisch ambiente - ein wirkliches zuhause - ruhig

viele meiner gäste kommen seit jahren ;-)

das sind diejenigen die an fortlaufenden seminaren teilnehmen oder immer wieder mal in berlin zu tun haben
anastasia war z.b. 18 mal hier

zu mir: schreibe, lese sehr, sehr viel und das überwiegend über andere kulturen und meist auf englisch

derzeit über china - zeitgeistgemäss ;-), afrika und indien
es gibt hier tolle sowohl englisch- als auch deutschsprachige bücher

habe in den USA gelebt und dort z.b. häuser vor dem verkauf nach feng-shui prinzipien ge-staged so dass der verkauf beschleunigt wurde und auch - so wie hier - gäste beherbergt

dort praktisch ausschliesslich amerikaner. hier aus aller welt

ansonsten walke und radle ich (bei warmem wetter), bin in sachen umwelt aktiv, meditiere ab und an vor mich hin, lebe nachhaltig und achtsam so gut es eben geht

da ich einige jahre auf airbnb war, verwende ich nach wie vor den begriff gäste für euch

airbnb wurde mir dann jedoch zu kommerziell, gierig und auch extrem diktatorisch uns gastgebern gegenüber, davon bekommt ihr nichts mit ;-)

über die jahre hatte ich unzählige 5 sterne bewertungen

zog um - sogar innerhalb desselben stadtteils - vielleichtr 1 kilometer weiter

es war nach wie vor ich - meine einrichtung genau wie hier, klar erkennbar - und airbnb erlaubte mir NICHT meine bewertungen mitzunehmen was keinerlei logik entspricht und einfach unakzeptabel für mich war

man hat prinzipien - habe ihnen dann den laufpass gegeben

wg-gesucht lebt von werbung - wollen wir hoffen, dass es so bleibt - redet uns nicht rein - viel besser
