Ich vermiete mein Zimmer für April unter. ES gibt aber auch etwas Spielraum, wenn du etwas früher einziehen und/oder etwas länger bleiben möchtest. Es ist also ideal für jemanden, der kurzfristig ein möbliertes Zimmer zum überbrücken sucht.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 Quadratmeter groß und hat die für einen Altbau typische hohe Decke. Der Fußboden ist ein schönes helles Parkett, das große Fenster bringt viel Licht in den Raum (auf den Fotos überwiegt der graue Berliner Winter) und geht zum Innenhof raus, sodass es ruhig ist.
Wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen, stehen ein großes Bett inklusive Matratze und Kommode bereits im Zimmer. Ein Sofa, Sessel, Stuhl und Hocker können noch aus dem Nebenzimmer verwendet werden, wenn erwünscht. Gardienen, werden noch rechtzeitig angebracht.
Die Wohnung hat neben 3 weiteren Schlaf- bzw Arbeitszimmern eine gut ausgestattete Küche (Ofen, Herd, Spülmaschiene, Mikrowelle, Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschiene), ein Bad mit Dusche, einen Kellerraum und einen kleinen Balkon in Jakobs Zimmer, der von allen genutzt werden kann. Über den Innenhof gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit den Gemeinschaftsgarten zu benutzen.

The room is about 20 square meters and has the high ceiling typical of an old building. The floor is a nice light parquet, the large window brings a lot of light into the room (in the photos the gray Berlin winter prevails) and faces the inner courtyard, so it is quiet.
As can be seen in the photos, there is already a large bed including a mattress and a chest of drawers in the room. A sofa, armchair, chair and stool can still be used from the adjoining room if desired. Curtains will be installed in time. Unfortunately, there is currently no desk, so the room would not be suitable for a home office, for example.
In addition to 3 other bedrooms and studies, the apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, storage room with washing machine), a bathroom with shower, a cellar room and a small balcony in Jakob's room, which can be used by everyone. There is also the possibility to use the community garden via the inner courtyard.
Die Wohnung liegt eine Minute von der Bushaltestelle Halskestraße/Siemensstraße entfernt. Die nächste S-bahn fährt 10 min entfernt von der Haltestelle "Südende". Je nach Verbindung sind es 30 bis 40 Minuten bis zum HBF. Es gibt diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants und Kioske in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Ein schöner Park ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Im Balkonzimmer wohnt Jakob, welcher zwischen Studium und Job aktuell viel unterwegs ist. An den Wochenenden gehen wir spontan mal was unternehmen oder kochen zusammen, wobei du dich gerne anschließen kannst.
