Lieber Mensch,
ich bin vom 05.10. bis ca. 29.12. unterwegs und vermiete mein Zimmer für diese Zeit zur Zwischenmiete. Es ist daher möbliert, ich räume Dir aber natürlich genug Platz frei, damit Du es dir gemütlich machen kannst.
Das Zimmer ist nach Osten hin gelegen und mit zwei Fenstern schön hell. 19 qm bieten genug Platz zur Entfaltung. Unsere schnuckelige Altbauwohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Seitenhauses, dein Zimmer hin zum Hinterhof mit Bäumen, es ist also grün und ruhig. Das Haus insgesamt ist sehr ruhig.
Im Zimmer wohnen einige Pflanzen und sie als auch ich freuen uns, wenn du dich ein wenig um sie kümmerst :)

I'm away from Oct 5 to around Dec 29, so my room will be free for this time. It is furnished, but there will be enough space for your stuff so that you can feel comfortable.
The 19 qm room is located to the East and very bright due to two windows. Our sweet flat is on the 2nd floor, your room directed towards the backyard with trees, so it is very calm.
A lot of plants also live in the room and they (and also me) are very happy if you take care of them a bit :)
Die Wohnlage in Lichterfelde Ost in Steglitz bietet super Anbindungen an den ÖPNV, die Bushaltestelle (M85, 285 und 283) ist in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen, die S-Bahnhaltestellen der S1 Botanischer Garten und Rathaus Steglitz (dort auch U-Bahn U9) in ca. 10 min Fußweg (oder mit dem Bus, der alle paar Minuten fährt in etwa 5 min).
In wenigen Minuten ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen sind Edeka, Lidl und Penny. Außerdem gibt es in direkter Nähe auch ein paar Restaurants (z.B. Indisch, Vietnamesisch, Burger/Pizza,..), eine Eisdiele und ein Späti sind quasi im Haus (nur einmal ums Eck').
Auch toll: in unserer Straße befindet sich ein Park, der bis zum Teltowkanal führt und Möglichkeiten zum Spazieren und Entspannen bietet. Der Stadtpark Steglitz ist auch ganz in der Nähe, ebenso (wie die S-Bahnhaltestelle schon vermuten lässt) der Botanische Garten.

You can reach public transport very easily, the bus station (M85, 285, 283, running every few minutes) is 2-3 min away, S-Bahn and U-Bahn (S1 and U9) in around 10 min.
Also very close are supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, Penny) and restaurants, an ice cream parlor and a Späti are just around the corner. We have a park nearby where you can walk and chill and you can reach the Teltowkanal easily.
Du wohnst zusammen mit meinem Mitbewohner Kenneth, er ist arbeitet als Doktorand am ZALF. Kenneth stammt aus Costa Rica, ihr könnt euch also am besten auf Englisch oder Spanisch unterhalten, er freut sich aber auch über Unterstützung beim Deutschlernen :) Kenneth ist eine ruhige, umgängliche und tolerante Person, mit der man sich gut unterhalten kann. Ihr werdet euch natürlich auch kennenlernen, wenn wir Dich zu einer Besichtigung einladen.

You will live with my flatmate Kenneth who is doing his phd at ZALF. Kenneth comes from Costa Rica, so you can communicate in Spanish or English (but he is also happy about support to improve his German, so if you want to learn too, you could probably do this together :)). He is a calm, easygoing and tolerant person, you can chat and chill with - of course you will meet each other when we invite you for a viewing appointment.
Wir bekommen alle zwei Wochen eine Box mit geretteten (veganen) Lebensmitteln geliefert, die du sehr gerne mitbenutzen darfst :)
