Hey, ich vermiete mein Zimmer im schönen Steglitz. Der S+U Bahnhof Rathaus Steglitz ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt (man ist sehr gut angebunden). Das Zimmer ist voll mobiliert und westlich ausgerichtet (ab 13-14 Uhr scheint die Sonne durchs Fenster) In der Wohnung gibt es ein modernes Bad, eine voll-ausgestattete Küche und ein kleines Fernsehzimmer mit Sofa. Außerdem gibt es einen jungen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gepflegt, super ausgestattet und stets sauber.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer vom 01.05.2023 bis zum 30.06.2023 in der Zeit bin ich verreist und würde es demnach gerne anbieten. Die Miete beträgt 500€ all in. Wenn du Interesse hast, schreib doch gerne eine Nachricht. Können ja dann alles weitere besprechen. Liebe Grüße Nico :)
