Es ist ein großes und sehr helles Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schlafcouch, Tisch, Schrank, Regalen ...
Eigentlich suche ich jemanden ab Oktober, aber es wäre möglich auch ein bisschen früher einzuziehen.

Es sind nur 5 Minuten bis zur U6, mit der man schnell überall hingelangt. In 20 Minuten ist man in der Friedrichstraße.
Es gibt auch eine S-Bahn und Busse.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Albatura, Rewe) sind direkt um die Ecke, zum Beispiel das Einkaufszentrum Borsighallen.
Der wunderschöne Tegeler See und Tegeler Forst in Laufweite. Ideal für Spaziergänge.

It's only 5 minutes to U6. With U6 you can go to Friedrichstraße in 20 minutes.
There is also a S-Bahn and buses.
There are a lot of supermarkets ((Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Albatura, Rewe) right around the corner. There is also a shopping mall - Borsighallen.
Dein Mitbewohner ist ein Kubaner, der seit 3 Jahren in Berlin wohnt. Er hat viel WG Erfahrung und ist auch offen für gemeinsame Aktivitäten.
Er spricht Spanisch, ein bisschen Deutsch und Englisch.
Ihr teilt euch Bad und Küche.
