Hallo und guten Tag! :)
Es handelt sich um ein ca. 16qm Zimmer in einer vor zwei Jahren vollständig renovierten Wohnung. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei Couches, ein Esstisch mit zwei Stühlen, ein halb eingeräumter Schrank und ein halb eingeräumtes Sideboard (es ist also noch Platz außerhalb Deines Zimmers ;) ). Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden.
Dein Zimmer ist zum Hinterhof gerichtet, sehr ruhig und kann bei Bedarf komplett abgedunkelt werden, dank Holzrollladen. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien, sowie das Wohnzimmer, können mitbe-/genutzt werden. Der S-Bahnhof Tegel liegt in ca. 10min Laufentfernung, zum U-Bahnhof Borsigwerke sind es ca. 5min. Rewe liegt auf dem Weg zum U-Bhf, die Borsighallen sind knappe 15min entfernt. Auch Aldi und Netto sind in erreichbarer Nähe.
Unsere Nachbarn sind zum Großteil Studenten, die alle gerne Gesellschaftsspiele spielen. Hin und wieder wird auch zusammen gekocht.
Eine Spül- und Waschmaschine sind in der Küche vorhanden, im Bad steht eine Badewanne mit Duschvorrichtung.
