Hallo in die Runde, in Kürze wird bei uns ein schön helles und möbliertes WG-Zimmer mit Balkon frei. Gesucht wird eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin zwischen 18-24 Jahren. Falls Du studierst und Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, schick uns doch einfach mal ein paar Sätze zu Deiner Person zu, damit wir einen ersten Eindruck bekommen.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, zwei Supermärkte befinden sich fast vor der Haustür. Sparkasse, Post, Tankstelle und Restaurant/ Imbiss ebenso. Verkehrsanbindung/ Bus direkt vor der Tür, trotzdem bekommt man beim Blick vom Balkon nichts von dem Verkehr mit, das Zimmer liegt nämlich weiter hinten in der Wohnanlage, ruhig und grün...einfach TOP!
Lass uns gerne bei einem Kennenlerntermin über das gemeinsame WG-Leben hier sprechen, nur soviel vorab: Bei uns ist es ruhig und entspannt, jeder kann sich voll auf sein Studium konzentrieren, gefeiert wird bei uns in der WG nicht. Dazu gibt es aber auch jede Menge cooler Clubs in Berlin, oder? ;-)
Gesucht wird eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin zwischen 18-24 Jahren (Nichtraucherin, keine Haustiere). Falls Du noch kein eigenes Einkommen hast, wäre eine Mietbürgschaft hilfreich.
Vermietet wird das Zimmer nur längerfristig (min. für ein Jahr)...Hop on hop off also bitte nicht anfragen (3 Monate Praktikum in Berlin etc.), danke!
