Hello! I'm moving out to live with my boyfriend and there is therefore a free room in my sunny wg in Friedenau. I am looking for someone who will take over my room and live there long-term (in other words, this is not a sublet).
The room comes with no furniture except for the curtains, but the rest of the flat has basic furniture; The kitchen is built-in and has a dishwasher, pots and pans, plates and cutlery etc, and we have a small dining table and chairs in the hallway. The room faces west and looks down on a quiet side street, whereas the kitchen, bathroom and one of the other rooms face east and the courtyard.
The photos I've attached of the room are with my furniture, which I will bring with me, but it gives you an idea of the size and how you can create a space of your own.
The flat is located on the 2. floor in an altbau in a quiet side street, only a 2-3 minute walk from the Walther Schreiber Platz Ubahn station. The area is well connected, but relatively quiet and peaceful and full of trees. Nearby, there is a small cinema, cute cafes and restaurants, as well as several grocery stores (REWE, Lidl and Edeka within 5 minutes walking distance).
We have been a pure student wg so far, but we're also open to people who are working, as long as they are in the same age range approximately (18-27). Looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, and open-minded.
Heating is included in the rent, but internet, electricity and rundfunk are paid additionally. The costs per person per month are approximately:
Internet - 18euros
Electricity - 45euros
Rundfunk - 6euros
The room is available from April 15th, and the minimum rental time is 2 years. Due to the landlords requirements, if you're a student and your income is below 3x the cold rent, your parents need to be willing to be in the contract. If you're working and earning more than 3x the cold rent, that's of course not necessary.
