Mein Mitbewohner ist für einen Job in Rom und vermietet sein Zimmer für diese Zeit unter. Evtl. bleibt er danach aber auch in Italien - dewegen ist vielleicht auch eine Übernahme des Zimmers möglich. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und noch einem großen Schrank.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 72 m2 groß und hat 3 Zimmer. Deins, meins und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großer Schlafcouch und großem Tisch. Sonst gibt es auch einen Beamer mit großer Leinwand für Filmabende, einen Drucker/Scanner und einigen Krims Krams.
Dein potentielles Zimmer hat eine Größe von etwa 17 qm² und ist wie gesagt möbiliert. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof gelegen ist, bietet es eine angenehme , ruhige Geräuschkulisse.
Von deinem Zimmer geht auch ein Balkon zum Innenhof ab, welcher meistens sehr ruhig ist.
Die Küche enthält einen Induktionsherd, eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine und eigentlich Alles was man sonst so benötigt und (zumindest für mich essentiell) eine wunderbare Kaffeemaschine :).
Im Innenhof gibt es einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller sowie ein Kellerabteil, falls du noch etwas außerhalb der Wohnung lagern möchtest.

Hey, my flatmate is renting out his room for 6-9 months and maybe longer. The room has 17qm and is part of a 3 room-flat. It is situated to the inner yard and has a balcony attached to it which is a nice place for a breakfast in the sun in summer and normally got replanted every year by me and my housemates.
The room and house normally are really quite just as the inner yard.
The kitchen contains everything one needs if one is not a cordon bleu. A dish washer, washing machine and especially important a coffee machine :)
Der Alboinplatz liegt in einer Spielstraße in einem sehr ruhigen Teil des Kiez. Im Sommer bietet die Gegend viele nette Cafés und vor allem auch viele Grünanlagen, die fußläufig zu erreichen sind.
Ansonsten ist man mit dem Fahrrad oder Öffis innerhalb von 15-30 min schnell in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Schöneberg oder Steglitz.
Ein Bus (106) fährt praktisch von der Haustür alle 20 Min in 6 min zum Südkreuz, von wo man die Ringbahn und viele andere Anschlussverbindungen nehmen kann. - ca 1. Stunde nach Potsdam.
Die U6 (Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße) ist fußläufig ca. 10 Min. entfernt und bietet einen schnellen Anschluss nach Mitte.
Direkt vor der Haustür ist ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz und Teich. Ein Rewe, Aldi und Kaufland sind in 5min fußläufig erreichbar.

Hi, ich bin Max, 28 Jahre alt, studiere Medizin und habe davor 6 Jahre als Krankenpfleger gearbeitet.
Da mein Mitbewohner nach Rom für einen Job geht, suchen wir einen Zwischenmieter für 9 Monate oder länger.
Zu mir:
Ich bin eine Berliner Pflanze, wohne schon lange in dieser Wohnung und bin WG-erfahren. Es gibt bei mir nichts was man nicht ansprechen kann. Ich bin offen und verträglich und hatte bis jetzt nie Probleme damit ein harmonisches Zusammenleben zu gestalten.
Neben dem Studium verbringe ich viel Zeit mit Musik (die Wohnung ist voller Instrumente, die ihr bei Interesse gerne auch mitbenutzen dürft), Sport (v.a. Yoga und Bouldern) und meiner Freundin Lena, die auch öfter hier ist bzw. ich bei ihr (dadurch habt ihr die Wohnung auch mal für euch :) ). Ansonsten treffe ich natürlich auch gerne Freunde, gehe in die Natur und koche und reise gern. Meine Hauptinteressen liegen neben Medizin und Musik vor allem in Politik, Psychologie und gesellschaftlichen Fragen.
Ich bin durch Studium, Arbeit und Beziehung sehr gut eingespannt und suche daher keine Party-WG, sondern eine/n unkomplizierte/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der ebenso einen strukturierten Tagesablauf hat.
Mir ist es trotzdem wichtig, dass es keine reine Zweck-WG ist und wir uns auch so gut verstehen - also alles kann, nichts muss.
Insgesamt bin ich abseits des Klavier- und Gitarrespielens aber ein sehr ruhiger Mitbewohner, der viel Zeit für sich braucht.
Dinge wie Sauberkeit, Verlässlichkeit und Rücksicht auf seine Mitmenschen garantiere ich und setze ich voraus.

I am born in Berlin and have been living in this flat for a long time with changing flatmates over the years. I am an easy going, open person and all and foremost looking for harmony and peace :)
Besides studying and working I spend a lot of time practicing guitar and piano. The flat is full of instruments which you are welcome to use too if that’s one of your interests. I have a qualification in yoga training and try to do yoga regularly and used to go bouldering a lot when corona wasn’t thriving. I also like normal things like cooking, traveling, hanging out with friends,etc.. Topics I am most interested are psychology, politics and social questions.
I am in a long time relationship and my girlfriend Lena is here regularly too or I am at her place so you will also have the flat to yourself once or twice a week.
Since I am mostly really busy with studying, hobbies and my relationship I am not looking for a party flat but first and foremost an uncomplicated flatmate with his/her own structured daily routine. I am still interested in establishing a friendly relationship and am happy to share an evening cooking or a games night,etc. here and there.
