About the neighborhood
We are on the U6, down to Kaiserin Augusta Str. (8min walk from the Ubahn)
Plenty of grocery stores around: Lidl, Rewe, DM, TK Maxx, Bio Company - The neighborhood is quiet and safe
About the flat itself
220 sqm flat, very much looking like a big loft
6 bedrooms in total, shared with friends of mine who are the sweetest humans on earth 😍 coming from all places 🇨🇳🇫🇷🇯🇵🇹🇯🇺🇸 (currently 3 girls, 3 guys)
2 large bathrooms
1 very big open living room and kitchen in which we spend a lot of time watching movies, cooking together, etc.
