Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 125m². Es ist eine wirklich schöne Altbauwohnung, dazu noch hell und mit super hohen Decken. Mein Zimmer hat 20m² und besitzt auch noch einen Balkon. Wie auf den Fotos erkennen kannst, ist die Zimmerausstattung relativ spatanisch. Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete.
Das Tempelhofer-Feld sowie Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Simon und Jakob. Simon kommt aus´m Norden, genauer gesagt aus Bremen. Er ist sehr entspannt und etwas ruhiger. Beim Jakob handelt es um die scheinbar seltene Gattung eines Berliners. Er arbeitet als Sportjournalist. Jakob ist ein sehr entspannter Zeitgenosse, der etwas extrovertierter ist. Wir suchen jemanden, der sich in Berlin schon etwas ausgetobt hat und nicht direkt um 9 Uhr morgens die Musikboxen auf volle Lautstärke dreht. Das Putzen wird über eine App geregelt, die sagt, wann wer dran ist. Falls jemand in Vollzug gerät, einfach kommunizieren. Das gilt prinzipiell immer, wenn was ist, eben ansprechen. Mit beiden lässt sich gut reden. Je früher etwas besprochen wird, desto besser!!
