The flat has an excellent location. It is close to U Bahn (U6-Westphalweg, 7 minutes by walking), bus (M76- Prühßstr.; 282- Rathausstr./Kaiserstr.), supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl), and park (Volkspark Mariendorf).
Wir sind ein Berufstätiges Paar. Da mein Freund, im Oktober ein Projekt in Dänemark antritt, wollen wir ein Zimmer für diese Zeit untervermieten. Die Vermietung ist daher befristet für den Zeitraum 1. Oktober 2022 - 31. September 2023. Ggf. ist hier ein Spielraum +/- 1 Monat.
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Lage mit einem großen, hellen Wohnzimmer und einem schönen großen Balkon. Die Nachbargebäude halten glücklicherweise die Verkehrsgeräusche der anliegenden Straßen fern. Und man hat einen schönen Blick auf grüne Gärten in der Nachbarschaft.
Ich bin eine eher ruhige Person und suche zumindest während der Arbeitswoche eher Ruhe. Auch aus Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn ist es mir wichtig, dass dies keine Party WG wird. Zur Entspannung mache ich auch gerne Sport z.B. Tennis, Radfahren, Kajak oder Fittnesstudio. Natürlich gehe ich auch gerne einmal ein Bierchen trinken.
Ich koche auch gerne und entspanne auch gern mal vor dem TV.
Natürlich erwarte ich wie die meisten WG´s ein gutes miteinander, dass in den gemeinschaftlich genutzen Räumen Ordnung gehalten wird und wir uns die Arbeit fair teilen.
Bitte erzähle uns bei Deiner Anfrage auch etwas über Dich. Sonst können wir Die Anfrage leider nicht berücksichtigen.

The apartment is on the first floor of an individual house, which has three floors with six apartments in total. It has a spacious living room that connects to the balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast or reading time. The living room is furnished with cabinets, a big dining table with chairs, a TV, and a very cozy couch.
Next to the living room is a modern kitchen equipped with cupboards, a fridge freezer combo, a four-plate stove, an oven, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. In addition, cutleries and multiple cooking devices including pans, pots, kettle, toaster, and mixers are also available for using.
The shared bathroom has a toilet, a small cabinet, a shower, and a separated bathtub. In addition, a washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
In a nutshell, it is an excellent shared flat for a person who is looking for a place to stay for one year.
