Da ich spontan verreise, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer Untermiete für die genannte Zeit. Die Miete von 450€ gilt dabei für den gesamten Zeitraum vom 14.6.-17.7.. Die Wohnung besteht normalerweise aus einem Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, aber im Wohnzimmer wohnt aktuell ein sehr guter Freund von mir, der professioneller Tänzer ist und in Europa tourt. Deswegen vermiete ich "nur" das Schlafzimmer. Er ist allerdings nur sehr sehr selten da, d.h. das Wohnzimmer kann sonst auch sehr gerne mitbenutzt werden. Der Balkon geht vom Schlafzimmer ab und hat schöne Morgensonne. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung/Küche komplett mit allem ausgestattet. Bei Fragen gerne melden!
Since I am traveling spontaneously, I am looking for a sublet for the mentioned time. The rent of 450€ is valid for the whole period from 14.6.-17.7. The apartment normally consists of a living room and bedroom, but in the living room currently lives a very good friend of mine, who is a professional dancer and tours in Europe. That's why I rent "only" the bedroom. He is however only very very rarely there, so the living room can be used as well. The balcony is off the bedroom and has beautiful morning sun. Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und geht nach hinten zum schönen Garten, es gibt also absolut keinen Verkehrslärm. Trotzdem ist man entweder in 5 Min and der U6 Haltestelle Alt-Tempelhof oder in 10 Min am S-Bahn Tempelhof, wo die Ringbahn fährt. Alles nötige ist fußläufig erreichbar, ich fühle mich in der Gegend sehr wohl.
The apartment is beautifully located in a quiet side street and goes out the back to a beautiful garden, so there is absolutely no traffic noise. Nevertheless, you are either in 5 min at the U6 stop Alt-Tempelhof or in 10 min at the S-Bahn Tempelhof with the Ringbahn. Everything necessary for daily needs is within walking distance, I feel very comfortable in this area.
