Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 16m² geräumig und hell. Es hat eine große Fensterfront Richtung Innenhof, wodurch es auch bei offenem Fenster ziemlich ruhig ist. Pflanzen fühlen sich durch die großzügige Sonneneinstrahlung sehr wohl hier (Südseite).
Einige Möbel wie Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Teppich und evtl. die Kommode können übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist groß und weitläufig. Die neu ausgestatte Küche inklusive Spülmaschine und einem grossen Esstisch lädt zum gemeinsamen Abendessen ein. Das (halbe) Wohnzimmer bietet mit einer großen Couch eine gute Möglichkeit für gemeinsame Abende. Es gibt einen Balkon, der gerne mal für ein Feierabendbier oder das ein oder andere Sektfrühstück genutzt wird. Außerdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einen Keller.

The room is spacious and bright with its 16m². It has a large window front facing the inner courtyard, making it fairly quiet even when the window is open. Plants feel very comfortable here due to the generous sunlight (south-facing).
Some furniture such as desk, chair, carpet and possibly the dresser can be taken over.
The flat is large and spacious. The newly equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a large table. The (half) living room with a large couch offers a good opportunity for evenings together. There is a balcony, which is sometimes used for an afternoon beer or breakfasts/brunches. We also have a washing machine and a cellar.
Die Lage ist eher ruhig, aber gut angebunden, knapp 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur U6 (Westphalweg) . Mit den Öffis bist du in 20 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien, Gym und Post ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tempelhofer Feld, Hafen und einige Parks sind auch in der Nähe, falls es dich in die Natur zieht.
Außerdem gibt es einige Spätis und Dönerbuden, wobei die beste sich direkt vor unserem Haus befindet.

The location is rather quiet, but well connected, just a 5-minute walk to the U6 (Westphalweg). You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes by public transport.
Shopping facilities, bakeries, gym and post office are all within walking distance. Tempelhofer Feld, harbour and some parks are also nearby if you want to get out into nature.
There are also several Spätis and Dönerbuden, the best of which is right outside our building.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus Marius (25) und Petra (frische 29). Wir teilen gerne, verbringen viel Zeit zusammen und sind immer offen für neue Ideen und Vorschläge. Ob entspannt Kochen (veggie), Spaziergänge im Park, Serien schauen, Inlineskaten am Feld und mit dem Roller zum Baumarkt oder im Gegensatz dazu bis in die frühen Morgenstunden in Clubs rumtigern, neue Bars erkunden oder Festivals in der Umgebung abklappern - wir sind für (fast) alles zu haben.
Wenn Marius nicht durch die Wohnung sprintet oder Tischtennis spielt, arbeitet er ab und zu als Data Engineer (aber nur mit laufender Soundboks - daher auch meistens im Home Office). Petra verbringt ihren eher ungeregelten Tagesablauf damit Kommoden zu restaurieren, liebevoll die Pflanzen zu umsorgen oder ihre neue USC Mitgliedschaft zu erforschen. Aktuell prokrastiniert sie noch erfolgreich ihre Bachelorarbeit (Anthropologie und Politikwissenschaften) und arbeitet in Teilzeit als Kinderkrankenschwester.
Da wir einen sehr freundschaftlichen Umgang haben, suchen wir eine gesellige Person, die ebenfalls Interesse an einem gemeinschaftlichen WG Leben hat. Rückzug und Ruhe dürfen aber selbstverständlich auch nicht zu kurz kommen.

The flat share currently consists of Marius (25) and Petra (29). We like to share, spend a lot of time together and are always open to new ideas and suggestions. Whether it's relaxed cooking (veggie), walks in the park, watching series, inline skating at Tempelhofer Feld and going to the hardware store by scooter or, in contrast, hanging out in clubs until the early hours of the morning, exploring new bars or checking out festivals - we're up for (almost) anything.
When Marius isn't sprinting around the flat or playing table tennis, he occasionally works as a data engineer (but only with the Soundboks running - which is why he's usually working from home). Petra spends her rather disorganised daily routine restoring furniture, lovingly caring for the plants or exploring her new USC membership. She is currently procrastinating her bachelor thesis (anthropology and political science) and works part-time as a paediatric nurse.
As we have a very friendly atmosphere, we are looking for a sociable person who is also interested in spending time together (of course, there is always enough time and space for me-time).
