Willkommen in der Mussehlstraße :-)
ich bin für ein paar Wochen außerhalb von Berlin unterwegs um bei einer großen Tanzproduktion am Staatstheater zu arbeiten und außerdem der Hochschule in Saarbrücken ein Blockseminar Tanz und Improvisation zu unterrichten. Mein Zimmer ist in dieser Zeit frei!
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG (alle Mitte 30, Nichtraucher, vegetarisch, ökologisch und
nachhaltig eingestellt) und sehr achtsam und wertschätzend im Umgang mit unserem schönen zu Hause und denMenschen im Miteinander.
Du wirst mit Julian und dem Pärchen Richard und Alessa zusammenwohnen, gemeinsam mit
ihnen Zeit in der großen Küche verbringen und mit ihnen selbst angepflanzten Basilkum, Tomaten
oder Salat vom Balkon teilen oder nur den morgendlichen Kaffee. Wenn du gerne joggen gehst
oder picknicken im Grünen magst: Die WG liegt direkt am Viktoriapark und am Tempelhofer Feld.
Wir suchen einen offenen, lieben Menschen, der / die sich gerne im WG-Leben beteiligt und
ordentlich ist.
Das Zimmer ist den kompletten Juni für dich frei. Die 500€ beziehen sich auf die Monatsmiete.
Solltest du schon ab dem 23.5. einziehen wollen und ein paar Tage länger bleiben, so ist das möglich. (jeder weitere Tag 17€)
Die Barkaution von 250€ würdest du einem meiner Mitbewohner überreichen und am Ende zurück bekommen. Ich selbst bin vorher leider nicht mehr vor Ort. ich komme am 3.Juli wieder.
Bis Dienstag kann ich auch noch ein Kennenlernen-Zoomgespräch mit Room-Tour anbieten :-)
Wir werden keinen Untermietvertrag ausstellen, sondern lediglich eine schriftliche Vereinbarung
ausmachen.

I'm traveling outside of Berlin for a few weeks to work on a large dance production at the State Theater and also to teach a block seminar on dance and improvisation at the university in Saarbrücken. My room is free during this time!
We are a shared apartment and we all have our jobs or writing at master thesis (all in their mid-30s, non-smokers, vegetarian, ecological and...sustainably adjusted) and very careful and appreciative in dealing with our beautiful home and the people we interact with.
You will live with Julian and the couple Richard and Alessa, together with
Spend time with them in the large kitchen and with the basil and tomatoes they planted themselves or share a salad from the balcony or just your morning coffee. If you like jogging
or if you want to have a picnic in the countryside: the shared apartment is located directly at Viktoriapark and Tempelhofer Feld.
We are looking for an open and calm, loving person who enjoys being involved in shared life.
The room is free for you for the entire month of June. The €500 refers to the monthly rent.
If you should already from May 23rd. If you want to move in and stay a few days longer, that's possible. (every additional day 17€)
You would give the cash deposit of €250 to one of my roommates and get it back at the end. Unfortunately, I won't be there beforehand, so we won't meet. I come back the 3rd of July.
We will not issue a sublease agreement, only a written agreement.
