The room is completely furnished and super bright (linens are not included though). As you can see the floor suffered a little accident - that's fixable. Or you can keep it as is and say "it's very Berlin alike" 😃
The flat finds itself in a very quiet and green area. Kaiserin-Auguste-Straße (U6) is 15m away by foot, as well as S Bahn Priesterweg. If you're feeling too lazy, around the corner are the stops of 170 and 246 which will take you both to U and S Bahn. The lather bus will take you to Hermannstraße in less than 20m if you're a Neukölln fan.

A little bit about me: portuguese, 34 and I have been living in Berlin for far too long 😂
I'm what you can call a introvert-extrovert - I do enjoy a lot talking to people, have fun and what not, but at the same time I enjoy a lot my peace and quiet too.
I'm looking ideally for someone responsible, considerate, clean and with a clear grasp of what it is to share a space with somebody else. In all honesty, the walls here are thin paper, so a "loud person" in this flat won't work, as well as a "party person" - neighbours could be better and I had problems with noise in the past, meaning that I try to keep it low profile myself. Being as cliché as it is, I treat my space as "my house, my temple" and someone like minded would be ideal. Since I'm living in this flat I've had 2 flatmates, but since October I'm living alone and the house just feels too big and empty, hence renting out the room again. I would like to keep the person in the long haul, but initially the contract will run for a year and Anmeldung is possible.
I can speak portuguese (naturally!), spanish, english and german. New languages would be welcome too!
