15 square meter room with a window for the main street. Comes without any furniture. Central heating works fine. The room is in good condition. It has plenty of light on sunny days. The window has good isolation so if you close it you won't hear the noises of the street.
The house is situated 5min away from the Tempelhofer feld, 3 min away from a lidl, 6min from a Kaufland, 8min from a REWE. Police station on the back street, Hospital 10min away, swimming pool and library also on the back street. 10min walking south you'll find Tempelhofer Hafen, a shopping center with clothes stores, DM, etc. On the main avenue there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and a few bars.
Tempelhof Sbahn (ring) 4 min walking, Ubhan (U6) 20 seconds, Bus 1min.
You'll live with Maelle (24) from Germany, Viola (23) from Italy and an asian guy who will move in on the 15th of March.
Maelle studied nutrition and now is doing her Masters. Viola is currently working but will start her studies soon too.
It would be nice if you're interested in doing some activities together and not be all the time locked in your room but it's also important to respect everyone's space and time.
It's also important, for a harmonious WG life, that everyone makes an effort to keep the common spaces clean and tidy and to have open communication about any issues that might come up.
We're looking for someone to move in immediately (01.03.2024).
Besides the monthly rent of 580€, you'll have to pay a caution (needs to be confirmed with the landlord but should be about 2 rents), and wifi and electricity (divided by all the tenants). Wifi and electricity should be 40-50€.
Everything all together will bring your monthly rent to about 620€
