Hi, are you still looking for a flat?? We have a wonderfull flat with one free bedroom from now on. It is one minute from Kreuzberg..between Kreuzberg and Schöneberg, very central and very green and safe...
It is fully funished, but not full of stuff...and you could also bring funiture ...we have enough space...just have a look at the pictures-
It is 650 Euro all inclusive per month, with no extra costs at all. All costs like water, heating, electricity, gas, insurance, tv-charge, linnen, towels, wlan, rubbish-removal etc. all inklusive, also a telefonflatrate. A cleaning fee is included in the monthly rent. You also dont have to renovate the flat, when you leave. It has everything what you need...so only bring your private stuff..everything is already organised..

An ideal location to visit Berlin !
Very central and at the same time not a tourist area (5 min Mainstation Südkreuz by feed , 10 min from Potsdamer Platz, Brandenburger Tor and Kreuzberg by subway or
bike). In addition you are in 10 min by feed in the new Tempelhofer Park the former central airport area.
The apartment is part of the quiet and convenient settlement area Fliegersiedlung of the beginning XXth century. In 2014 we have renovated it totally, it lies in the 1th floor with two bedrooms, a living room (TV , Cable TV, Computer for Internet access). The modern kitchen is well-equipped and contains dish- and clothes washer and at least there is a wonderful loggia for a breakfast in the sun.

There will be only one person living with you in the big three bedroom flat which has inkluding extra rooms for luggage etc. all together 70/80 m2.
The free bedroom is big enough as a bedroom and also to work in it (ca. 15 m2) and to have your private stuff in it. Together with the other roommate you can use an extra big livingroom, a floor, a kitchen, a bathroom and a very big balcony, so it is all together about 70 m2 for two people. With the extra room for luggage it is between 70/80 m2, you can use. Also there is a huge garden in the backjard, where you can also do sunbathing, barbeque or meet with friends.
You only have to bring your suitcase...anything else will be in the appartment.
Sonstiges:
You can also rent our bicycle and you are in a few minutes in the middle of the touristic places.
