Ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner insgesamt 62 qm großen 2 Zimmer WG an. Dein Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hat einen französischen Balkon und ist weiß gestrichen mit hellem Dielenboden. Die Wohnung ist ein sanierter Altbau in der ersten Etage. Dazu gehört außerdem ein Kellerabteil, wo Fahrräder, Extramöbel oder auch Koffer lagern. Du könntest das auch mitnutzen.
Ich vermiete das Zimmer teilmöbliert mit einer Matratze (80cm von Ikea ),einem Sofa, Couchtisch und einem Expeditregal. Es ist insgesamt etwas " girly" eingerichtet, es haben bis jetzt nur Frauen darin gewohnt.
In der Wohnung ist alles zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc! Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und allem was man so braucht.
I am renting out a partly furnished room in my 63 sm apartment. The room is is 18 sm and has a small balcony.The room entails a matress, a sofa, a side table, lamps and a wardrobe. Its a little bit girly, only women have lived there so far.
The apartment has everything you could need, washing mashine, microwave, vacuum, hairdryer.. you wouldnt have to bring anything!
Die Wohnung liegt an der Oberlandstraße, direkt vor der Haustüre fährt ein Bus in Richtung Tempelhof und in die entgegengesetzte Richtung nach Neukölln. Die nächste U-Bahn/S-Bahn ist der Bahnhof Hermannstraße, ca. 1 km entfernt. Von unserer Küche kann man (fast) das Tempelhofer Feld sehen, der nächste Eingang ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Gegenüber ist ein Lidl, wenige Gehminuten ein Aldi und ein bisschen weiter weg noch ein Kaisers. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist also gesorgt. Falls am Sonntag mal was fehlt ist auch der Edeka am Südkreuz nicht weit entfernt.
The apartment is located on Oberlandstraße. Bus / train stations are in walking distance. There is a grocery store right across the street. Plenty of others are in walking distance. Across the street you will find the Tempelhofer Feld, an old airport converted to a parc, which is great for exercising or just relaxation.
Das Mietverhältnis ist befristet, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe (bereits seit November) und der Mietvertrag für diese Wohnung am 31.01.2018 enden wird. Du teilst dir die Wohnung bis dahin mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Lisa. Lisa ist Studentin und ist eine super nette, chillige Mitbewohnerin. Es wäre toll, wenn ihr euch gut versteht und auch das gemeinsame Zusammenleben für jeden ideal gestaltet.
The tenancy is limited til 31st of January, 2018, because I am moving in with my boyfriend since November and the lease of this apartment will end on January 31st. You will share the apartment with my current roommate Lisa. Lisa is a student; she is a chill, kind person. It would be great if you guys got along well.
