Hi,
my name is Jan and I would like to rent my room of my 2 room flat from November until January. I will be away most of the time, so you will have the flat for yourself.
The room is fully furnished, approximately 30sqm in size, it is located on the courtyard side with a balcony, the courtyard is big and green, therefore the room is very calm and quiet. The street in front of the house is almost only used by residents, and just in front of it there is a small nice park with a playground and a lake. The flat is much quieter than one on a normal street in the city.
The apartment has 2 rooms, my flatmate lives in the other room, mostly his girlfriend is also there. There is a kitchen and a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In the kitchen is a fridge, freezer, electric cooker, microwave and a tumble dryer. Internet comes by cable with Wifi. The shelves are mostly emptied for your stuff.
Also from May on takeover of the whole apartment is possible and exchange with another small flat in Berlin!

Hallo,
ich bin Jan und würde gern mein Zimmer bis Mai untervermieten in unserer 2 Raum WG. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, die Möbel sind alle wie auf den Fotos.
Das freie Zimmer ist ungefähr 30m² groß. Es ist zum großen, grünen Hof des Hauses gelegen. Die Straße vor dem Haus wird fast nur von Anwohnern genutzt. Gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt ein kleiner Park mit Spielplatz und See. Also, es ist leiser als an einer normalen Straße in der Stadt.
Die Wohnung hat 2 größere Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Das Zimmer liegt zu einem großen Innenhof mit einem Balkon. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und Waschmaschine. In der Küche gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Eisschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und auch einem Wäschetrockner. Internet gibt`s per Kabel mit WLAN. Die Regalen sind hauptsächlich freigeräumt für eure Sachen.

Das freie Zimmer ist zu einem sehr, sehr großen Innenhof, mit großer Rasenfäche, mit Fenstern nach Osten auf den Platz bzw. die Bäume und Sträucher drumherum und einer ganz ruhigen Straße. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss bzw. Hochpaterre und hat 2 Zimmer und ist insgesamt 80m² groß.
Die Wohnung liegt am Alboinplatz, d.h. man braucht mit dem Bus oder mit Fahrrad ungefähr 15 Minuten bis zur Ringbahn oder U6, ist also (für Neuberliner) nicht direkt mittendrin. Aber wem es nichts ausmacht, eine halbe Stunde unterwegs zu sein z.B. nach Kreuzberg, Mitte, Friedrichshain oder Prenzlauer Berg, oder mit dem Fahrrad auch mal 30 Minuten fahren würde, z.B. zur FU, hat dafür eine wirklich ruhige Wohnung mit Park vor der Tür und eine billige Miete.
Ich bin Jan, 35, habe seit 15 Jahren in verschieden Ecken von Berlin gewohnt, habe hier studiert und arbeite in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder als Webdeveloper.
Vom Zusammenleben her hab ich, denk ich mal, nicht so besonders festgelegte Vorstellungen und wie Haushaltssachen sein sollen, wird sich bestimmt irgendwie finden, wenn man sich kennenlernt. Bisher hat jedes Wochenende einer Küche und Badezimmer saubergemacht.
