Hallo liebe spontanen Berlin-Wohnungs-Suchende,
für März 2018 suche ich für mein 14qm Zimmer einen Zwischenmieter/eine Zwischenmieterin. Ich verreise ab Dienstag, aber das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar. Mein Zimmer befindet sich in einer netten 5er WG in Tempelhof, nahe U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. Es ist möbliert.
Miete (inkl. allen Nebenkosten) ist 250€/Monat, verhandelbar, da der Monat bereits angefangen hat. Kaution 250€.
Besichtigung mit Mitbewohnern ist Sonntag, 04.03.2018 zwischen 10-12 Uhr.

Hi!
I am looking for an interim tenant for MARCH 2018 for my 14sqm room in a 5-person flat in Tempelhof, Berlin, near U6 Kaiserin-Augusta-Str. The room is already available from now to around March, 31. Tomorrow morning will be time to see the room and get to know my flatmates (Sunday, March, 4., 10-12am). The rent is 250€/month (all incl., negotiable, because March, 1st is over :) + deposit 250€.

Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, Park direkt hinterm Haus (mit Rehgehege!), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht weit und zur U6 schafft man es in 3 Minuten (2 Minuten, wenn man rennt). Tempelhofer Hafen ist heute zugefroren, aber sonst wirklich sehr schön (10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt), Tempelhofer Feld in die entgegengesetzte Richtung, auch nur 10-15 Fußminuten entfernt.
Ich wohne in einer gemischten WG (zwei Kerle, drei Frauen). Beruflich sind wir auch sehr gemischt: Studierende (Katherina), Nichtmehr-Studierende (Robert, Tristan, Diana), Nochnicht-oder-niemals-Studierende (Nora). Wir sind zwischen 20-34 Jahre alt.
Rauchen ist in den Räumen nicht gestattet, aber wir haben einen Hinterausgang, dort ist rauchen erlaubt.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
