As the my subtennat canceled last minute, I am looking for someone who is renting my room in July while I travel.
The room is huge, has it's own balcony and is fully furnished.
There is also a big kitchen and a huge living room you can use.
The flat is located just outside the ring next to Tempelhof airfield. The U6 station. Alt-Tempelhof is just in front of the door, the Ringbahn a five min walk away. Bergmankiez and Schillerkiez are a short bikeride away. There you can find plenty of hip bars and nice restaurants.
All of the WG members are either working or finishing their studies mostly in the art and culture field. We are not a "Zweck-WG" but also not constany hanging out together.
We have a cleaning plan and appreciate people who like a neat and clean flat.
As I am already travelling I can not reply immediately but I will try to do so asap.
