The room is furnished as can be seen in the pictures. The position of the funiture can be moved as you please and if you have any other furniture you'd like to/have to fit into the room that's not a problem.
The flat also has a living room with a small balcony to hang out, have dinner or to have guests over. The bathroom has a bath tub and a shower (and a washing machine) and the flat has an additional guest toilet.
The Flat is close to the U6 Stations Westphalweg and Ullsteinstr., so public transport connections to the Ring, Kreuzberg, Neukölln and the City centre are fast.
Situated close to Tempelhofer Hafen and Ullsteinhaus, within just a few minutes of walking there are two turkish Supermarkets, two Edekas, Netto, Lidl, a Bio Company and an LPG Biomarkt and of course many Spätis! A small russian and a small greek supermarket are also close by, as well as the Shopping Mall at Tempelhofer Hafen. There are noumerous street food options and restaurants close by as well.
Right now we are Nagi and Philipp.
Nagi is from Bangalore and has just finished his Masters. He is a calm, curious and warm person with a keen interest in history, politics, "god and the world" and sports off all sort.
Philipp has his background in philosophy and is currently working in social robot research (from a sociological angle), likes to discover new things, go out, meet new people and can be excited for almost every topic he is presented with.
Both of us like to have an open house, have friends over, cook, drink, sit on the balcony and contemplate life questions or discover that we share yet another fringe interest we didn't know we shared before.
That we like to have friends over does'n mean that we don't take Covid seriously, but that we have guests here within a responsible framework (which right now is one at a time).
