Das Zimmer ist 25qm, sehr hell und freundlich, mit Dielenboden und Holzmöbeln (Kommode, Schreibtisch, Bett, Spind, Spiegel). Die Wände sind weiß und glatt verputzt, außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon.
Zwischen deinem Zimmer und dem von Aljoscha (dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner) liegen das kleine Bad mit Badewanne (es ist nicht das hübscheste Bad aber es ist sauber und funktioniert hehe) und die Küche mit Speisekammer, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Stauraum und allem was man sonst so braucht (Mikrowelle und Reiskocher gibt es auch).
Die Wohnung hat dünne Wände, d.h. man hört auch mal die Nachbar:innen und die Straße draußen. Wenn du absolute Ruhe brauchst, solltest du hier nicht einziehen. Es ist aber auch nicht komplett laut.

Your room is 25sqm, bright and friendly, with wooden floor and wooden furniture (bed, desk, locker, comest). Walls are white and have no tapestry, also there’s a balcony! Between your room and the room of Aljoscha (your future flatmate) is a little bathroom with tub and shower (it’s not the prettiest bathroom but it works well) and the kitchen with larder and everything you need (even a rice cooker and a microwave).
The walls are thin and you can hear the street and neighbours sometimes, so if you’re looking for an ultimate quiet place, don’t move here. It’s not too loud tho!!
Die Wohnung befindet sich 4 Minuten fußläufig zum U-Bahnhof Ullsteinstraße (U6) und es gibt in der Nähe alles was man braucht (Ärzt:innen, Supermärkte, Discounter, Restaurants, Shopping Center even) und was sehr cool ist: die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Kanal und es gibt sehr viele Parks ringsherum. Es gibt auch Schafe, Ziegen und Hühner in der Gegend hehe. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist zu Fuß 20 Minuten entfernt oder mit der Bahn in 3 Stationen.

The flat is 4 minutes by foot from the U-Bahn Station Ullsteinstraße (U6) and you’ll find everything you need (doctors, supermarkets, restaurants, a shopping Center even) and what’s really nice: there are a lot of parks and the canal in out quarter, you can even find sheep, two goats and chicken hehe. The Tempelhofer Feld is 20 min by foot or 3 stations by U-Bahn!
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Aljoscha ist sehr lieb und ruhig. Ich habe in vielen WGs gewohnt und Aljoscha ist der angenehmste Mitbewohner den ich je hatte hehe fr. Wir sind beide eher zurückgezogen und jeder hat absolut seine Ruhe, trotzdem sitzen wir oft in der Küche oder unternehmen mal was und lachen auch viel lol. Aljoscha ist sehr verständnisvoll und achja er ist Grafikdesigner und 3D Generalist und arbeitet selbstständig im Home Office.
Mir ist sehr wichtig dass nicht in der Wohnung geraucht wird (Aljoscha geht immer in den Hinterhof zum Rauchen) und keine Drogen konsumiert werden. Auch wäre es perfekt wenn du eher ruhiger bist. Sauberkeit (keine übertriebene aber you know) ist auch sehr wichtig. Auch wäre es wichtig, dass du sorgsam mit den Dingen in der Wohnung umgehst.

Your future flatmate is very lovely and calm. In fact he’s the best flatmate I ever had hehe. We’re both calm and secluded, still we often talk and laugh lol and do sth together. Aljoscha is very understanding. He’s a self-employed graphic designer and 3D Generalist who works in Home Office.
It is very important for me that there’s no smoking in the apartment (you can smoke in the backyard tho, that’s what Aljoscha does) and also no consuming of drugs. It would be perfect if you’re as well more a calm person. Cleanliness (not exaggerated but you know) is also important as well as careful handling of the stuff in the flat.
Noch schnell zu mir, auch wenn du gar nicht mit mir wohnst:
Heiße Johanna, bin 28 Jahre alt und studiere Kunst (und ziehe für meinen Abschluss für ein Jahr nach Leipzig zurück, da ich dort studiere). Ich komme aus Berlin und möchte nach meinem Abschluss wieder nach Berlin zurück.

Quick info about me: I’m Johanna, 28 years old and I study art in Leipzig (that’s why I move out for a year, to graduate). I’m from Berlin and want to move back after my graduation.
