In unserer wunderschönen, hellen und großzügigen Altbauwohnung sind diesen Sommer für zwei Monate zwei miteinander verbundene Zimmer frei und warten darauf, von Dir/Euch in dem Zeitraum belebt zu werden.
Die Zimmer eignen sich perfekt für Leute, die ihren Sommer in Berlin genießen wollen, als Überbrückung oder um von hier aus eine weitere Bleibe zu suchen .
Was die Zimmer und die Wohnung an sich angeht, ist sie so geschnitten, dass das Gefühl besteht eine eigene kleine Wohnung in der WG zu haben. Was natürlich vor allem für Paare, Personen die auch gerne eng aufeinander leben oder Einzelpersonen, die mehr als die klassischen WG-Mieten bezahlen können.
Ebenso hat die Wohnung alles was das Herz begehrt, von hohen mit Stuck geschmückten Decken, einer großen Küche die zum Verweilen einlädt, zwei Bädern (ja sogar mit Badewanne), Balkon und darüber hinaus noch einen liebevoll gestalteten Innenhof mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich den Sommer auch zu Hause entspannt zu machen.
Wir mögen es stilvoll und gemütlich zu leben. Also haben wir natürlich auch die entsprechende Einrichtung, die diesem Namen auch gerecht wird ;)
Daher suchen wir 1-2 Leute, die auch gerne so leben und in unserer Abwesenheit sich um unsere zahlreichen Pflanzen kümmern und den Ort genauso wertschätzen, wie wir es tun.

In our beautiful, bright and spacious flat in an old building, two interconnected rooms will be available for two months this summer and are waiting to be occupied by you.
The rooms are perfect for people who want to enjoy their summer in Berlin, or as a base while looking for long-term place to stay.
As for the rooms and the flat itself, it is divided in such a way that it feels like having your own little flat in a shared flat. It is therefore particularly suitable for couples, people who like to have it cozy other or individuals.
The flat has everything your heart desires, from high ceilings, a large kitchen that invites you to linger, two bathrooms (yes, even with a bathtub), a balcony and, on top of that, a lovingly landscaped courtyard with many possibilities to relax at home during the summer.
We like to feel at home here and do have furniture that actually does making feel you at home ;) We are looking for 1-2 people who want to keep our home and numerous plants alive.
Die Wohnung liegt im südlichen Tempelhof und ist entspannte 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt.
Die nächste U-Bahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. :)

The flat is located in southern Tempelhof, only 5-10 minutes to the Tempelhofer Feld by bike.
The subway station is next door.
Mit Dir/Euch wohnen in der Wohnung zwei freundliche Seelen, die sich schon darauf freuen Euch kennenzulernen.
Konsti (arbeitet zur Zeit als Biologielaborant in der Krebsforschung) und Jule (Psychologiestudentin), die grade sonnengetankt aus Kreta zurückkam.
