The room is 20 m², beautifully bright and furnished. With a bed, desk, shelf and clothes rail, everything is ready to move in. The furniture is fairly neutral so you can settle down to your liking. What is particularly nice about the room is the unobstructed view and the west-facing balcony. Here you can spend beautiful summer evenings and experience insane sunsets.
The apartment itself is in good condition, new floors were laid two years ago, the bathroom has a window and the kitchen has a dishwasher and of course a window.
Location
The apartment is right on the border of Tempelhof, Schöneberg and Kreuzberg. The immediate neighborhood is quite quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by train or bike. You can go shopping at Lidl, Rewe or Edeka, all a 5-minute walk away. The proximity to Tempelhofer Feld and Kreuzberg Viktoriapark is also nice.
The BVG connection is
very good and you have the S41, S42, S1, S2, S25, Regios and the U6 within reach. From the apartment you walk 10 minutes to Südkreuz or Platz der Luftbrücke and 5 minutes to bus 104.
Everything can also be reached very quickly from here by bike. There is a bicycle cellar and fenced bicycle racks.
Flat share type
We are looking for a successor for me for our flat share of 2. Svenja, who is currently in her last semester and is writing her master's thesis, stays in the flat share. We always found it nice to have a communal atmosphere in the apartment and to be able to chat in a relaxed manner when you are cooking or drinking a wine together on the balcony. Of course, everyone needs time for themselves - that's quite clear, but an open way and having fun living together is important to us. Svenja is particularly interested in art, indie disco and cake.
