Ich vermiete vom 2. März bis 1. April 2023 meine 1,5 Zimmer (21,9 m2 Wohnzimmer und 7,5m2 Schlafzimmer) in einer 2,5 Zimmer WG unter, in der bisher zu zweit sehr gemütlich gewohnt haben. Auf Grund eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meinen Teil nun unter und freue mich auf eine*n respektvolle*n, freundliche*n und vertrauenswürdigen Untermieter. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, großem Esstisch, Sofa und Regalen und kosten 650€.
In March 2023 I sublet my 1.5 rooms (21.9 m2 living room and 7.5m2 bedroom) in a 2.5 room shared apartment, in which so far two have lived very comfortably. Due to a stay abroad, I now sublet my part and look forward to a respectful, friendly and trustworthy subtenant. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, closet, large dining table, sofa and shelves and cost 650€ from 02.03.-01.04.23.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im nördlichsten Tempelhof - zwischen Platz der Luftbrücke und Südkreuz in der Gontermannstraße gelegen. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig, was es sehr angenehm zu wohnen macht, tolle, lebendige Ecken in Schöneberg und Kreuzberg sind aber jedoch fußläufig in 5-10 Min erreichbar. Um die Ecke befindet sich z.B. eine Boulderhalle mit weiteren Sportangeboten, ein Biergarten, Kneipen etc.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in Laufnähe: Lidl, REWE und Edeka sind in 600 Metern zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in the northernmost Tempelhof - between Platz der Luftbrücke and Südkreuz in Gontermannstraße. The area is rather quiet, which makes it very pleasant to live, but great, lively corners in Schöneberg and Kreuzberg are within walking distance in 5-10 min. Around the corner is, for example, a bouldering hall with other sports facilities, a beer garden, pubs, etc..
Shopping facilities are also within walking distance: Lidl, REWE and Edeka can be reached in 600 meters.
Wir sind beide beruflich tätig und arbeiten im Klimasektor. Deine Mitbewohnerin Rebecca ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und freut sich auf nette Gesellschaft. Sie wird ebenfalls bis Ende März in der Wohnung wohnen. Wir achten auf Sauberkeit und ein gutes Miteinander, schätzen es jedoch vor allem sehr über alles sprechen zu können und auch einfach mal locker zusammen zu sitzen.
We are both professionals and work in the climate sector. Your roommate Rebecca is super friendly, helpful and looking forward to nice company. She will also live in the apartment until the end of March. We pay attention to cleanliness and a good togetherness, but appreciate above all to be able to talk about everything and just sit together.
