Schönes 14m2 Zimmer mit hohen Decken in einer Altbauwohnung, zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die gesamte Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre. Das Zimmer befindet sich im hinteren Teil der Wohnung, zw. dem 33 qm großen Wohnzimmer und Küche und Bad.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert vermietet.
Beautiful 14m2 room with high ceilings in an old building apartment, facing the courtyard. The whole apartment is located on the mezzanine floor. The room is between the large 33m2 living room and the bathroom and kitchen.
The room comes without furniture.
Das Appartement befindet sich sehr gut gelegen, die nächste Ubahn Station liegt keine Minute entfernt (U1, U3), die Station Bülowstr. (U2) ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse sind 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Kleistpark benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten, Gleisdreieckspark befindet sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is very well located, the next subway station is not a minute away (U1), the station Bülowstr. (U2) is 3 minutes walking distance. Buses are within 2 minutes walking distance.
To the Kleistpark you need about 10 minutes, Gleisdreieckspark is also in close range.
In der Wohnung leben drei Personen, davon ein Paar welches zwei Zimmer zusammen belegt.
Die Mitbewohner mit denen du zusammenleben würdest sind aus Italien und Deutschland studieren und/oder arbeiten in Berlin. Meist macht jeder sein Ding, es wird aber auch gerne mal ein Bier zusammen getrunken oder sich ausgetauscht. Bevorzugt werden Berufstätige.
Uns ist wirklich wichtig, dass Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt wird, sowie Erfahrung mit selbstständiger Haushaltung! :)
There are three people living in the apartment, one of which is a couple that occupies two rooms together.
The roommates you would live with are from Italy and Germany, study and/or work in Berlin.
