Es handelt sich um ein großes Zimmer (27 qm) mit Sofa, Schreibtisch, Fernseher, Schrank und ein sehr kleines Zimmer (9 qm) mit einem Bett (1,60) und einer Kommode.
Wir würden den Kleiderschrank und die Kommode leerräumen und auch Platz im Regal schaffen. Da nur ein Bett vorhanden ist, sind die Zimmer geeignet für Einzelpersonen, Pärchen oder sehr gute Freund:innen. Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander und sind vom Rest der Wohnung räumlich etwas getrennt, da im hinteren Flur. Zu den Zimmern gehört ein eigenes Bad. Neben dem Bad ist noch ein drittes Zimmer, das voraussichtlich in der Zeit nicht genutzt wird und dass gelegentlich als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann.
It is a large room (27 sqm) with a sofa, desk, TV, wardrobe and a tiny room (9 sqm) with a bed (1.60) and a chest of drawers. We would empty the wardrobe and the chest of drawers and also make space on the shelf. As there is only one bed, the rooms are suitable for singles, couples or very good friends. The rooms are next to each other and are a little bit separated from the rest of the flat because they are in the back hallway. The rooms have their own bathroom. Next to the bathroom is a third room, which is not likely to be used at the time and can occasionally be used as a guest room.
2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Gleisdreieckpark, direkt an der Grenze zu Schöneberg und Kreuzberg. U-Bahn Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park oder Gleisdreieck oder Kurfürstenstraße. In der Potsdamer Str. und Umgebung sind reichlich Läden, Restaurants etc.
Leider ist derzeit gegenüber eine Baustelle, die etwas laut sein kann tagsüber.
Die WG besteht derzeit aus drei Pärchen (zwischen 39 und 45) und zwei Kindern (5 und 8). Da zwei von uns für zwei Monate wegfahren, vermieten wir zwei Zimmer für diese Zeit.
Es gibt ein großes WG-Wohnzimmer mit Balkon (da kann natürlich auch geraucht werden).
Wir lassen unseren Kater zurück, daher sollte der*die Zwischenmieter*in katzenlieb sein und bereit sein, den Kater hauptverantwortlich mit Futter und Liebe zu versorgen und das Klo zu reinigen. Er ist sehr verschmust, aber leider zwischendurch auch etwas nervig, besonders wenn er Hunger hat.
Die WG hat eine gemeinsame Haushaltskasse, aus der Essen und Getränke gezahlt werden. Momentan zahlen Erwachsene 180 € pro Monat (6 € pro Tag/Abwesenheitstage werden rausgerechnet). Wir kochen gerne und essen regelmäßig zusammen. Es wäre schön, wenn du/ihr euch an der Haushaltskasse beteiligt.

We are leaving our cat behind, so you should be cat-loving and be willing to take primary responsibility for feeding and loving the cat and cleaning the toilet. He is very cuddly, but unfortunately also sometimes a bit annoying, especially when he is hungry.
We have a shared household budget from which food and drinks are paid. At the moment, adults pay 180 € per month (6 € per day/absence days are deducted). We like to cook and eat together regularly. It would be nice if you could contribute to the household budget. If it is too much money for you we can find a solution.
Da wir unseren Kater zurücklassen, solltest du katzenlieb sein und bereit sein, den Kater hauptverantwortlich mit Futter und Liebe zu versorgen und das Klo zu reinigen. Er ist sehr verschmust, aber leider zwischendurch auch etwas nervig, besonders wenn er Hunger hat. Die Zwischenmiete beinhaltet also auch katzensitting, dafür bieten wir die Zimmer für deutlich günstiger an als sie eigentlich kosten.
