Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes, ruhiges, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer von 38 qm mit drei sehr grosse Fenster und einer Balkontür aus Glas zu einem 5 Quadratmeter Balkon. Ich zahle 814 Euro pro Monat, doch weil es schnell gehen muss vermiete ich mein Zimmer für 650Euro :)
Es ist top ausgestattet mit einem 190x200 cm Bett, einem Tisch, diversen Lampen, verdunkelnden Vorhängen, ein Schrank, eine Kommode, zwei Wandregalen und einer Kleiderstange im Zimmer. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gestellt. Auch auf dem Balkon kann man sehr schön sitzen. Im Zimmer und auf dem Balkon befinden sich grosse und kleine Pflanzen welche auch regelmäßig gegossen werden müssen. :)
Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und ruhig in der Wohnung. Es befinden sich noch zwei weitere Zimmer in der Wohnung, nach Süden, welches zum Beispiel als Esszimmer und Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann, oder zum Lesen und malen, eine schöne kleine Küche und ein renoviertes Bad mit Badewanne und Südfenster.
Zudem haben wir einen kleinen Südbalkon, wo man die Sonne geniessen kann und wo auch gegossen werden muss.
The room is 38 square meters big, very bright, as it has three very large windows and a glass balcony door and super calm. The balcony has 5 square meters. The room is well equipped with a 190x200 cm bed, two tables, various lamps, darkening curtains, a closet, a chest of drawers, two wall shelves and a clothes rail in the room. It is provided with towels and bed sheets.
The atmosphere is friendly and calm in the apartment. There are two more rooms in the apartment, one of which you can also use for hobbies, eating, reading and meeting and chatting with your flat mate, as well as a beautiful kitchen and a renovated bathroom with bathtub and south-facing window. There are also various houseplants in the room that need to be watered.
We also have a small south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun.
Toplage! In Tiergarten, Ecke Kreuzberg und Schöneberg, am sogenannten Dreiländereck. 3 Minuten weg vom Nollendorfplatz, fast in Mitte (7 Minuten bis zum Potsdamer Platz). Nur 5 Minuten entfernt vom grünen Tiergarten, wie auch vom Gleisdreieckpark. Vor der Haustür ist auch ein kleiner schöner Park. Sehr ruhige Lage mit einem sehr schönen Blick über Bäume bis zum Alex und Potsdamer Platz.
Ganz in der Nähe ist ein Edeka und ein Rewe, wie auch U-Nollendorfplatz und U-Kurfürstenstrasse.
Perfect location! In Tiergarten, 3 minutes away from Nollendorfplatz and Schöneberg, almost in Mitte (7 minutes to Potsdamer Platz) and the corner of Kreuzberg. Only 5 minutes away from the zoo and the Gleisdreieckpark. There is also a nice little park in front of the house. Very quiet location with very nice views over trees, Alexanderplatz and Potsdamer Platz.
There is an Edeka and a Rewe in the surroundings, as well as U-Nollendorfplatz and U-Kurfürstenstrasse.
In der WG leben aktuell:
Martin (27): Studierte angewandte Kulturwissenschaft im Master, arbeitet in der Gastro und in Literaturfestivals auf dem Home Office, macht viele Tanzauftritte und freut sich über eine offene, ruhige, sensible Person. Ist der Hauptmieter und Ansprechpartner für alle Wohnungsangelegenheiten und sehr nett und offen.
Ich widme mich in meiner Freizeit der Malerei, Theater und Tanz und bin gerade nach dem Studium auf Jobsuche und werde für eine Reise Berlin verlassen, weshalb das Zimmer frei wird. In dem Zimmer hängen alle meine Bilder, welche auch in Berlin des Öfteren ausgestellt werden und die nicht beschädigt werden dürfen, ebenso wie die Musikinstrumente. Auch meine Fahrräder werden im Zimmer stehen bleiben und werden nicht ausgeliehen.

I will be travelling. I love art, music, plants, meeting people and since I just finished my studies I am travelling and searching for a job.
Allgemein: Wir legen Wert auf ein gemütliches Wohnen und Sauberkeit und leben mit der Philosophie, dass wir die WG sauber und ordentlich halten, uns austauschen und Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen. Wir sind eine ruhige, entspannte, freundliche, vegetarische WG, Nichtraucher WG. Die Wohnung ist für uns alle unser Rückzugsort und wir leben ein freundliches Miteinander.
Wir suchen eine entspannte, rücksichtsvolle und ordentliche Person, die eine ruhige Stadtoase sucht. Gerne lernen wir Dich vorher kennen und Du kannst die Wohnung besichtigen.
