A small room available from now. The room is furnished and therefore ideal for Erasmus Students or a travel stay. There is a bed, although there is just a matress in the picture, I will update the pictures soon. :)
The rent is 470 € per month and 50 € per month for bills, so overall 520€ per month.
Ein kleines Zimmer ist frei ab sofort. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und daher ideal für jeden, der erstmal keine eigenen Möbel hat. Gerne auch an berufstätige, da ich selber bereits berufstätig bin. Es gibt ein Bett, auch wenn im Bild soweit nur eine Matratze zu sehen ist, ich werde das Bild bald erneuern.
Die Miete beträgt 470€ pro Monat und 50€ für andere Nebenkosten (Internet, Strom...), also insgesamt 520€ pro Monat.
The flat is located a two minutes walk from the river Spree. And about 10 minutes walk to the Tiergarten. There is a bus stop just opposite the building where the busses 106 and 101 operate. Across the street there is a bus stop for the 245 going to Zoo and Central Train Station. And the TXL can be reached in 5 minutes by foot.
You'll be living with a Mexican guy working at TU. Non-smokers are prefered as this is a non-smoking flat and there is no balcony. So if you do smoke you will have to go downstairs every time. (The bright side of this is you will need no fitness studio anymore... ;-) )
