Hi,
ich vermiete mein vollmöbiliertes Zimmer:) Es ist 22qm groß, hat einen Balkon (ruhig), eine sehr qualitative Infrarotsauna (besonders an kalten Tagen ein Traum), einen 46" Samsung smart-TV und ein Harman/Kardon Heimkinoanlage. Ansonsten kann man in der Badewanne entspannen oder halt in dem 180×200cm Bett.
BADEZIMMER UND FLUR WERDEN BIS DAHIN SANIERT!
Genau gegenüber der Eingangstür befindet sich ein schöner, kleiner Park (mit Spielplatz), namens "Kleiner Tiergarten".
Gleich in der nähe ist der S-Bahnhof Bellevue, Der U9 Bahnhof Turmstr. diverse Busse etc. man ist halt zentral:)
Der "Tiergarten" z.B. ist sehr nah, einige Unis sind auch schnell erreicht usw.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Spazier-/Joggingstrecken und Picknickplätze.
Momentan wohnt meine Großmutter in dem anderen Zimmer. Sie ist ein sehr toleranter und herzens guter Mensch und vollkommen autark. Für ein angenehmes pläuschchen oder für den einen oder anderen guten Rat, steht sie einem immer zur seite... Ansonsten ist alles entspannt mit ihr.
DAUER DER VERMIETUNG IST VERHANDELBAR
Flur und Badezimmer werden saniert, kabelanschluss ist vorhanden und das zimmer bekommt eine neue Couch etc.
