Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß und eins von dreien. Es ist voll möbliert. Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode, Kleiderstangen, befindet sich alles hier. Gemeinschaftsküche und Bad ist sich mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern zu teilen.
Wir wohnen direkt an der S Bahn Station Beusselstraße, also Anschluss zur Ringbahn. Die U9 ist auch nur ca. 10 min entfernt. Sonst ist es eine belebte Ecke von Berlin. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind Rewe oder Penny und zu Fuß in ca. 5 min zu erreichen.
Neben mir wohnen hier noch meine Mitbewohner Daniel und Jonathan. Es handelt sich bei uns um keine Zweck-WG. Im Sommer sind wir jedoch alle auch hier und da unterwegs und das WG-Leben kann auch etwas unregelmäßiger sein als während dem Semester.
Die Miete für den Zeitraum sind 400 Euro, die Kaution 100 Euro. Wir wohnen im zweiten Hinterhaus, also nicht zu einer Straße hin. Normale Wohnungsausstattung und Waschmaschine und WLAN ist vorhanden.
