Áb 1.Juli (eventuell auch etwas früher ) wird in unserer Nichtraucher 3-er-Berufstätigen-WG ein großes, helles, sehr ruhiges möbliertes Zimmer frei, in einem schönen Altbau.
ZWISCHENMIETE - 4 bis +/-6 Monate , je nach Situation, wenn alles paßt, evtl. auch mit Verlängerung.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit französischem Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Couch .
Die Wohnung hat ein Tageslichtbad.
Das highlight der Wohnung ist die große gemütliche Wohnküche- wenn es sich ergibt, finden dort unsere Gespräche über Gott und die Welt statt.
Wir (m/w., +/. 30) sind keine Party-WG, jetzt zur Corona-Zeit sowieso nicht, aber auch später nicht.

Wir suchen eine(n) zuverlässige(n) und verantwortungsbewusste(n) Mitbewohner(in), für ein Zusammenleben ohne großes Regelwerk. Wir interessieren uns für einander und tauschen uns aus - meistens in der Küche - sehen die WG aber nicht als Familienersatz. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind daher kein Muss, aber etwas mehr als nur "Hallo" und "Tschüss" wäre schon ganz nett und ergibt sich meistens sowieso.
Lage:
SEHR zentral, beste Verkehrsanbindung: 4 Fußminuten bis zur U-Bahn (U 1, U2, U3, U4) und zu mehreren Buslinien,
2 Stops zum Bahnhof Zoo (auch Richtung Potsdam), nur ein paar Minuten bis Mitte, nur 4 Stops zum Potsdamer Platz
Viele Cafés, Restaurants, Läden aller Art, mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke, samstags auch der Winterfeldtmarkt mit mediterranem flair.
Optimal z.B. für Leute, die zur TU wollen oder nach POSTDAM müssen,
die tagsüber meist außerhalb der WG arbeiten und abends ihre Ruhe wollen -wir sind (s.o.) keine Studenten-WG UND keine Party-WG.

where we use to sit and talk about everything when it arises.....
A +/- six months sublease would be perfect- or even longer possible -depending on the situation.
The room is fully furnished with a French bed, a writing desk, a chest of drawers

We are centrally located, 4 minutes to the next underground (U1-U2- U3- U4) and several buses
2 STOPS TO ZOOLOGISCHER GARTEN (for POTSDAM station)
4 STOPS TO POTSDAMER PLATZ- only several minutes to MITTE
There are many cafés, restaurant, small shops, several supermarkets - all within a few steps:
On Saturdays there is the famous open air Winterfeldt-MARKET just around the corner.
We are no more students, age about +/-30, working.
WE ARE WORKING and are LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS IN THE SAME SITUATION as we are:
in normal times we are leaving home in the morning for work and relaxing in the evening at home.
We are no party-WG. Parties should be celebrated somewhere else!
