Ruhiges Zimmer in schöner Altbau WG / Calm room in beautiful shared flat in the centre of Berlin

Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch für Berlin, es gibt kaum einen Ort zu dem man länger als 30 Minuten braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße, ist entsprechend relativ ruhig. Zum Potsdamer Platz sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Auch sonst ist es verkehrstechnisch super angebunden, ein Bus hält um die Ecke, und drei Ubahnstationen sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermärkte ebenfalls in Laufdistanz. Für Spaziergänge oder Sport gibt es den Tiergarten und wunderschönen Gleisdreieck Park in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The location is absolutely fantastic for Berlin. The apartment is located on a side street, so it is relatively quiet. The Potsdamer Platz is a 10 minute walk away. There are excellent transport connections, bus stops around the corner and three subway stations within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. For walks or sports there is the beautiful Gleisdreieck Park in the immediate vicinity and Tiergarten nearby.

Du wirst mit zwei sehr netten Frauen zusammenleben, während ich mein Zimmer für einen Auslandsaufenthalt vorübergehend verlassen muss. Wir sind alle berufstätig und arbeiten tagsüber von Zuhause, es wäre also wünschenswert wenn Du einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hast. Wir unternehmen ab und zu etwas zusammen, unterhalten uns regelmäßig, spielen Karten, und gleichzeitig respektieren wir, dass jeder auch Zeit für sich selbst braucht. Es gibt also absolut keinen Zwang oder Erwartungen.

You will live together with two very nice women. We are all employed and work from home during the day, so it would be desirable if you have a similar rhythm. Sometimes, we do things together like cook. We talk regularly, play cards, and at the same time we respect the fact that everyone needs time for themselves.

Wenn Du uns schreibst, erzähl uns bitte etwas zu Dir, Deinen Plänen, Deinem typischem Tag und wie flexibel Du bist.
Du bist der/die ideale Mitbewohner*in, wenn Du leise, rücksichtsvoll, sauber und ordentlich bist. Wir haben eine Putzfrau, die alle zwei Wochen kommt (das sind die einzigen Kosten, die nicht inbegriffen sind), und ansonsten funktioniert es bisher auch ohne Putzplan gut, weil alle auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit achten.
Da der Zeitraum meines Auslandsaufenthaltes noch nicht ganz sicher ist, wäre es ein großes Plus, wenn auch Du flexibel bist.

When writing us, please tell a bit about you, your plans, typical day and how flexible you are.
You are the ideal roommate if you are quiet, considerate, clean and tidy. We have a cleaning lady who comes every two weeks (these are the only costs that are not included), but we still expect you to clean up after yourself such as putting away your dishes.
Since the period of my stay abroad is not quite certain yet, it would be a big plus if you are flexible.
