Room available from April 1st. I am moving out and you will take this room. The room is 14qm with a lofted bed and small kitchenette for cooking. Flatmates are 2 girls who are sweet but everyone keeps mostly to themselves so it’s very calm and peaceful. International WG and they speak both German and English. The landlord is very nice as well. Would prefer to give the room to another girl who is working or a student and particularly desires registration and a stable contract in a central location. No rules really though, try to keep common areas clean and consideration of others is important but mostly everyone keeps to themselves and can talk openly about their needs :) Shared bathroom, but everyone has a small kitchenette in their room for cooking.
Because the room is older there is no modern heizung so you have to burn a wood stove, but I barely light it now that spring and summer come :) central location. Affordable 290/month (inclusive). WiFi. Washing Machine. No deposit. No modern heizung (wood stove). Altbau. Unlimited. Anmeldung. 14qm. Furnished. Loft bed. It’s a chill affordable place to have over the summer, especially if you need registration and a stable contract for a bit.
