I'm offering a fully furnished room in my apartment from the first of march till end of july (one month more or less is possible)
The room itself is 16/17 m2 in size and has everything what you would need (bed, desk, couch, cupboard, etc). The house is located in the better part of Moabit - it is within 5 minute walking distance to the Spree and to Tiergarten and pretty central to the city. The area itself is pretty quiet and primarily a residential area. Bathroom and kitchen is fully equipped, too (only missing a dishwasher unfortunately ;)). Both rooms are not the biggest but suitable, as you might get on the pictures. Additionally there is a balcony attached to my room. If I'm not there or don't have anything special to do, the balcony could be used by you too without any hesitation (: The next S-Bahn station is 5 minutes by feet (Bellevue). As it is only one station away from the Hauptbahnhof, a S-bahn departures every couple of minutes in the direction of the city center or to the west. There is a basement belonging to the apartment. So there is some room to store furniture of yours or stuff from the current furniture to move it into the basement.
There is no Anmeldung possible at the flat. The price of 570 € includes everything (warm, electricity, internet).
Some words about me: I'm Jannis, 26 years old and working on a start up currently. If I'm not down to my work, I like spending my time going out to clubs, museums, galleries or cafes. At home I mostly spend my time with reading, writing, watching something - the usual stuff :D I'm from Germany, so you can speak German to me too (:
I'm down to an easy living together, I'm a quite tidy person and love to have a not chaotic place. Would be great if there is some common interests given, that there is a possibility to attend some activities together - going out, hanging out with some friends of each other, etc. But if that's not the case, I wouldn't mind either (:
