Sunny room available for summer / Zimmer frei für den Sommer

We are located right on Lohmühlenbrücke with the 194 bus right in front of the apartment that will connect you to the SBahn (Treptower Park/Ostkreuz) or Ubahn (Hermannplatz). The summers are quite nice with the canal directly below us and easy access to Treptower Park and Hasenheide.

Wir befinden uns direkt an der Lohmühlenbrücke mit der Buslinie 194 direkt vor der Wohnung, die Sie mit der SBahn (Treptower Park/Ostkreuz) oder der Ubahn (Hermannplatz) verbinden wird. Die Sommer sind sehr schön mit dem Kanal direkt unter uns und einfachen Zugang zum Treptower Park und Hasenheide.

I am looking for someone who is relaxed, respectful and clean. I'm in no way a clean freak, but it's super important to clean up after yourself and space.

Ideally you are employed, interning, or a student. Preferably not a party person. Our building consists of mainly families so the overall vibe is really calm/wholesome. Of course what you do in your free time is your business, but please respect that this isn't a party WG as I'm quite uncomfortable with strangers coming in and out of the flat.

As it is a short sublet, I can't offer anmeldung at the moment - if things change and the sublet is extended (which might be a possibility) I can, of course, look into providing anmeldung.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der entspannt, respektvoll und sauber ist. Wir sind in keiner Weise eine saubere Freaks, aber es ist super wichtig, aufzuräumen nach sich selbst und Raum.

Idealerweise sind Sie beschäftigt, intern, oder ein Student. In unserem Gebäude leben hauptsächlich Familien, daher ist die allgemeine Stimmung sehr ruhig/gesund. Was Sie in Ihrer Freizeit tun, ist natürlich bis zu Ihnen, aber bitte respektieren Sie, dass dies nicht eine Partei Wohngemeinschaft, wie ich bin nicht bequem mit Fremden kommen in und aus der Wohnung.

Da es sich um eine kurze Untermiete handelt, kann ich im Moment keine Anmeldung anbieten - wenn sich die Dinge ändern und die Untermiete verlängert wird (was eine Möglichkeit sein könnte), kann ich natürlich eine Anmeldung in Betracht ziehen.

I am currently traveling and will be back in Berlin September, but my flatmates will be available to do the viewings.
