Your room is a beautiful Altbau room with Dielen and big windows. The room is 21 qm big, facing the south so youll have the sun as long as it shines and also your own little balcony. I've done some renovation in the flat after I moved in last year and what's still missing is some painting, but that will probably be done already by the time you move in here.
The room will be unfurnished, you could have my sleeping couch though if youre interested 😊
I love Baumschulenweg ! 😋 Its a aspiring eastern Berlin suburb with everything you need close. You'll reach Plänterwald and Treptower Park (my favorite park) at the Spree waterfront by bike in a minute, and I can tell you that this is just about the time of the season when it's becoming so incredibly beautiful out there! Also in two stops the S-Bahn takes you to Neukölln, Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg.
Amazing about our place I find the young and international neighbourhood in the house. Now and then we meet up to have a Pizza or a BBQ in the Hinterhof
So as my current flatmate found a flat with his girlfriend from next month, the room will be available from the 1. of May again. You'll be sharing the flat with me. I consider myself an easy going person with a love for music and going out 😎 I'd love to occasionally hang out and have a coffee in the afternoon or a beer in the evening if you're down. Over many years of living in shared flats I'd say I've become uncomplicated in terms of living together. As the flat is kind of small (kitchen and bathroom each 5 sqm) I would prefer someone with a love for organisation and efficiency though.
So far we have been smoking in the kitchen occasionally, but if you'd prefer that I'll obviously won't!
