Direkt zwischen Schlesi und Treptower Park!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Karl-Kunger-Kiez. Hier trifft man sich regelmäßig im Café Provinz, in der Bar Karla und schaut zusammen Tatort oder geht zur Lesebühne.
Es ist allgemein ein eher ruhiger, geselliger Kiez.
Nichtsdestotrotz ist man sehr schnell in Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder am Ostkreuz.
- 194 [Hermannplatz in 10 min, Ostkreuz in 9]
- Ringbahn Treptower Park in 10 min zu Fuß.
- Clubs: Wilde Renate, Magdalena, Ipse, Hoppetosse, Club der Visionäre, Arena, Bi Nuu, Lido etc. in gut 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bus: 194, 104, 171, Nachtbus N94
Einkaufen: Edeka, 2x Netto in 5 min zu erreichen. Späti ist sonst auch fast direkt gegenüber.
Zum unangenehmen und spießigen Teil:
- kein Mensch hat Bock auf Putzpläne. Ein gesundes Verständnis von Sauberkeit wär grandios.
- Schusselig sein ist manchmal süß. Aber Herdplatten an und Kühlschränke offen lassen ist leider nicht geil.
Genug des Spießertums. Zwei Punkte reichen.

For unpleasant and stuffy part:
- No one has the mood for cleaning plans. A sound understanding of cleanliness would be terrific.
- forgetfulness could be funny and sweet, but open refrigerators doors and turned on heating plates are not sweet and funny
Enough of stuffiness, two points are sufficient.
