I have a room available from now. The room has 23sqm + balcony and is furnished. We have a nice and well equipped kitchen, washing machine, huge bathroom and a second balcony in the living room. The apartment is located in Berlin-Schöneweide, Berlin, close to S-Bahn station Schöneweide (5 minutes walking distance). Neukölln and Ostkreuz are only 8 minutes away. You can take the S9 directly to Alex - approx. 20 minutes. Feel free for a visit or to phone before. The room would be available for 12 months.

The flat is based in Niederschöneweide and really closed (3 min.walk) to the S Bahnhhof Schöneweide, from where you can reach the city center or party areas (Ostkreuz) in a few minutes. As urban railways, Niederschöneweide is served both by S-Bahn and tramway lines.
Located in the south-eastern side of the city and crossed by the river Spree, Oberschöneweide borders with the localities of Plänterwald, Baumschulenweg, Niederschöneweide, Köpenick, Karlshorst and Rummelsburg (both in Lichtenberg district). Its urban park is the Wuhlheide, in which is located the ridable miniature railway Berliner Parkeisenbahn (BPE), used during the East German period by the Young Pioneer Organisation.
Between 1949 and 1990 it was part of East Berlin, and all the industries were converted into Volkseigener Betrieb (VEB), the state-owned enterprises.
The Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft (HTW University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economy), the youngest and largest University of Applied Sciences of Berlin, has the Campus Wilhelminenhof located in Oberschöneweide.
