Die Lage ist genial, wir leben im magischen Dreieck, mit dem Rad brauchst du von Alt-Treptow nur 10 - 15 Minuten nach Friedrichshain, Neukölln und Kreuzberg. Eine Busstation befindet sich direkt vor unserer Tür. Die nächsten S Bahnen sind S Tretpower Park und Plänterwald, hier läufst du circa 15 Minuten. Leider leben wir in der Späti-Sahara, aber verhungern wirst du nicht -denn die nächsten Lebensmittelquellen sind Lidel und Netto. Das Ringcenter versorgt dich zusätzlich mit Allerhand Zeug.

Vor allem besticht unsere bescheidene Wohnung durch eine direkte Park-Anbindung. In 5 Minuten bist du am Karpfenteich, in 10 Minuten an einem Denkmal und 15 Minuten an der Spree.

The location, -Alt-Treptow is brilliant , we live in the magic triangle, by bike you only need 10 - 15 minutes to Friedrichshain, Neukölln and Kreuzberg. A bus station is right outside our door. Wir suchen Jemanden der nett ist, noch über andere Themen als nur über das Nachtleben reden kann und allgemein einfach gut passt. Manchmal schlägt das allgemeine Chaos zu aber Respekt und Sauberkeit sind uns ebenso wichtig. Es wäre coole wenn du deine Teller etc täglich weg räumst und alle drei Wochen hast du die Ehre die gesamte Wohnung zu putzen. Auch wichtig: Wir teilen nicht nur witzige Anekdoten in unserer Küche sondern auch einen Teil unserer Needs/Essen. Wäre toll wenn du für 15 Euro im Monat Gewürze, Tee , öl, Klopapier, und so weiter beisteuern kannst.

Sofia ist Mitte 20, Mathematik Studentin, hört so ziemlich alles von elektropop via Rap bis Punk und liebt gute Geschichten.

Wir lösen die WG auf und solange Sofia noch nichts hat stehen die Zimmer zur Verfügung. Fürs erste bis März, eventuell länger!

We are looking for someone who is nice, can talk about other topics than just nightlife and generally just fits in well. Sometimes the general chaos strikes but respect and cleanliness are just as important to us. It would be cool if you put away your plates etc. every day and every three weeks you have the honor of cleaning the entire apartment. Also important: We not only share funny anecdotes in our kitchen but also some of our needs/ food. Would be great if you could buy for 15 Euro each month whatever is missing in terms of oil, spices, tea toilet paper, cleaning stuff and so on.. applicants.

Sofia is in her mid-20s, a mathematics student, listens to pretty much everything from electropop to rap to punk and loves good stories. who visit us over the weekend.

We are dissolving the shared flat and as long as Sofia has nothing, the rooms are available. For now until March, possibly longer!

Schreibt gerne einen längeren Text über euch damit wir euch gut aussuchen können. wichtig ist dass ihr wisst dass die Zimmer unmöbliert sind und die Wohnung dann zum 01.03. aufgelöst wird. Eventuell schiebt sich dieses Datum noch nach hinten, falls Sofia mehr Zeit braucht um eine eigene Wohnung zu finden. Eine Übernahme der Wohnung ist nicht gewünscht, da es sich um eine Eigentumswohnung handelt. Die Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer sind möbliert! Gerne auch ein Foto und euren Kontakt für einen Messenger eurer Wahl bzw Handynummer. Neben der Miete, freuen wir uns über eine Kaution von 500 Euro, Untermieter-Unterschrift und eine Ausweiskopie.
